2. Prior to each interview we filmed, we decided to
research the place or person that we were finding out
about to enable us to ask more interesting questions.
Within our research, we found that tea leaf reading had
become slightly outdated, that Lancashire tea had
expanded in to different teas, that Brigette’s tea room
ensured that their tea was ethically sourced and that tea
can protect the heart against cardiovascular disease.
