Mission Types EES IS A MISSION  BASED, PRO ACTIVE RECRUITMENT FIRM EACH MISSION IS TAILORED TO THE SPECIFIC BUSINESS NEEDS OF THE CLIENT AND WE HAVE SOLUTIONS FOR THE FOLLOWING EXAMPLE SCENARIOS: Key appointments – I need to hire an experienced senior executive Specialist needs – I need people with a rare skill-set/diversity profile Timescale based hiring - I need five people within a week Mass Recruitment Drive - I need fifty people this quarter International recruitment - I need to recruit from abroad International expansion -  I need to recruit the core team in a country where my firm has no existing presence  General recruitment – I have various recruitment needs but no dedicated internal resources
Missions – How they work EACH MISSION HAS A DEDICATED  MANAGER AND TEAM The Client and the EES Mission Manager will agree the precise scope, timescales and deliverables at the outset of the project  EES will appoint a suitably qualified team that will remain exclusively committed throughout the mission The EES team will dovetail precisely with the clients processes The EES team will utilise database search, networking, referrals and headhunting techniques to identify possible candidates Candidates will be rigorously screened to ensure that only good fit candidates are submitted The Client will select the most appropriate interview format – individual interviews, Interview Days or Assessment Centres etc and the EES team will help organise and manage the event.
