Oracle Forms Recognitions - OFR
• Scanned invoices are read by the OFR process using OCR
• Metadata is extracted from the Invoice and validated against the ERP
• The image and metadata are imported into the WebCenter Imaging
environment and stored on WebCenter Content.
• A SOA process then takes the metadata and tries to create an invoice on
the ERP.
• Once the Invoice is created, the image and Invoice are connected so that it
is always accessible from the ERP environment.
