The biggest mistake is that we called it a ‘Shared Space’ It used to be an over-engineered concrete monstrosity Miles better - 100% - than it was before The area around the fountains is fantastic Footfall increased ten-fold! Such a great improvement - looks fantastic More space given back to the people for them to enjoy So much better… more pleasant… less clutter… clean Much better for children Feels a lot safer and is a lot cleaner New ‘illuminations’ are great Nobody would want it to go back to how it was @johnstreetdales part of
