Welcome to Part 2 of 3 of my MLM Recruiting Series.
We’ve already learned about Confidence in part 1; what it is and how to
get it.
Now we are going to talk about the qualities that your prospects need
to have or else you are just wasting your time.

Let me be perfectly honest for a moment, I’ve decided that I don’t need to recruit every
Tom, Dick and Harry into my business opportunity.
It simply comes down to a matter of time. I don’t have time to work with whiners, losers
or complainers.
While I generate a great deal of qualified prospects, I’m very particular about who I
sponsor into my business.

It was about 8 years ago that I came to the conclusion that I would most likely
only need to personally sponsor about 12 good individuals in order to make a
ton of money in Multilevel Marketing.
However, those a dozen had to have particular traits which would enable them
to recruit other people like themselves and so forth.
I really believe in constructing an organization with the 8, 9 and 10′s of
society, not the 1, 2 & 3′s.
Being a very busy network marketer, I really don’t have the time to work with
lazy, uninspired people… So I don’t.

Below are a few attributes to take into consideration whenever
you begin mlm recruiting:
Industrious – They are the hard working, persistent people who that you
would like on your downline.
Reliable – These people are those who do whatever they say they are
going to do. This is almost always about 20% of the people.
Coachable – These folks accept instruction and continually implement
the things they learn.
Observant – These people are able to know a strong business model
and will enroll in your internet business.

These are the basic four characteristics in which you’ll want in your
organization.
They’re going to make it easier to develop a key group with credibility and drive
who are able to recruit folks just like them.
The key is to sponsor fewer people and to spend time only
with the high quality people!

networkers need in their arsenal.
