It’s amazing to think about the incredible changes in technology over the last 60 years.
How could this poor sales person have understood the implications everything he’s showing would fit on one of these (iphone/itouch).
This talk is the people in room who put their hand up to the first question and then put them down
My contention is that in most places I go we do not have their attention.
Some of the answer to this may lie in research conducted by Capita earlier this year.
So clearly we really don’t have their ear in some sense…
