JESUS CHRIST AND HIS DEDICATED LIFE
Jesus Christ was born in 2-6 BCE in Bethlehem, Judea. Little is known about his early life, but
as a young man, he founded Christianity, one of the world’s most influential religions. His life is
recorded in the New Testament, more a theological document than a biography. According to
Christians, Jesus is considered the incarnation of God and his teachings an example for living
a more spiritual life. Christians believe he died for the sins of all people and rose from the dead.
“Do not think that I am come to
destroy the law, or the prophets.
I am not come to destroy, but to
fulfill”
Jesus Christ

Profile
Most of Jesus’ life is told through the four Gospels of the New Testament Bible, known as the
Canonical gospels, written by Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. These are not biographies in the
modern sense but accounts with allegorical intent. They are written to engender faith in Jesus
as the Messiah and the incarnation of God, who came to teach, suffer and die for people’s sins.
Jesus was born between 2 and 6 BCE, in Bethlehem, Judea. His mother, Mary, was a virgin who
was betrothed to Joseph, a carpenter. His lineage can be traced back to the house of David.
According to the Gospel of Matthew (2:1), Jesus was born during the reign of Herod the Great,
who upon hearing of his birth felt threatened and tried to kill Jesus by ordering all of Bethlehem’s
male children under age two to be killed. But Joseph was warned by an angel and took Mary and
the child to Egypt until Herod’s death, where upon he brought the family back and settled in the
town of Nazareth, in Galilee.
There is very little written about Jesus’ early life. The Gospel of Luke (2:41-52) recounts that a
12-year-old Jesus had accompanied his parents on a pilgrimage to Jerusalem and became
separated. He was found several days later in a temple, discussing affairs with some of
Jerusalem’s elders. Throughout the New Testament, there are trace references of Jesus working
as a carpenter while a young adult. It is believed that he began his ministry at age 30 when he
was baptized by John the Baptist, who upon seeing Jesus, declared him the Son of God.
After baptism, Jesus went into the Judean desert to fast and meditate for 40 days and nights.
The Temptation of Christ is chronicled in the Gospels of Matthew, Mark and Luke (known as
the Synoptic Gospels). The Devil appeared and tempted Jesus three times, once to turn stone to
bread, once to cast himself off a mountain where angels would save him, and once to offer him all
the kingdoms of the world. All three times, Jesus rejected the Devil’s temptation and sent him off.
Jesus returned to Galilee and made trips to neighboring villages. During this time several people
became his disciples. One of these was Mary Magdalene, who is first mentioned the Gospel of
Luke (16:9) and later in all four gospels at the crucifixion. Though not mentioned in the context of
the “12 disciples,” she is considered to have been involved in Jesus’ ministry from the beginning
to his death and after. According to the gospels of Mark and John, Jesus appeared to Magdalene
first after his resurrection.
JESUS CHRIST A WORD OF GOD WITH HIS DIVINE MIRACLES
God created Adam and Eve out of dirt that acted like a mother’s womb for them, and later on,
God spirited Adam through HIS holy spirit. In the time of Jesus, people were so much into ‘seeing
is believing attitude’; materialism was overwhelming and they started believing in reasons rather
than the creator of the reasons to happen something. That is why God wanted to show those
people who lived that time that HE can create anything without any reasons; As a miracle, HE
who created Adam without any reasons, without any father and mother, created Jesus the same
way without any reason through the holy spirit that was blown into Jesus’ Mother Mary, the most
purified one on the earth. That is why Jesus is called as a spirit of GOD to make his materialistic
people believe that God can create anything through the reasons and without reasons. That he
was born without a father is the real message to his own people and it was his outstanding
miracle. He is the word of God. What does the word of God mean? Each creature is a word God.
Jesus was more than a word God with his spiritual creation; He is a unique word of God through
his exceptional being born that makes him different from other people as a miracle of GOD.
Jesus had such a modest, pure, mother, Holy Mary that God was blessing with the divine food
even she was a child; Each time the Prophet Zechariah visited Holy Mary, he was seeing the food
in front of her, and he was asking her where she got the food, Holy Mary was replying that an
angel was bringing it to her. Jesus continued to try to open materialistic eyes of his own people
with many miracles. Before each miracle, He asked God’s help and blessing to allow him to make
the miracles come true.

Cures
The largest group of miracles mentioned in the New Testament involve cures. The Gospels give
varying amounts of detail for each episode, sometimes Jesus cures simply by saying a few words
or spitting and praying on a mud.

The Blind
Each of the three synoptic gospels tell of Jesus healing the blind near Jericho, as he passed
through that town, shortly before his passion. Mark [10:46-52] tells only of a man named
Bartimaeus being present and healed, as Jesus left Jericho, making him one of the few named
people to be cured by Jesus. Matthew[20:29-34] is a similar account of two blind men being
healed outside of Jericho, but gives no names. Luke[18:35-43] also tells of two unnamed blind
men, but seems to place the event instead as when Jesus approached Jericho. The Synoptic
state that Jesus met a beggar (Mark gives the name: bar-Timai or son of Timai) who, though blind,
still identified Jesus as the Jewish Messiah; Jesus said that the man's faith has healed him, and
he "received his sight," and was allowed to follow Jesus.
The Gospel of Matthew [9:27-31] also reports of Jesus healing two blind men in Galilee, at some
earlier time. Jesus touched their eyes and restored their sight. The Gospels report four Jesus
healing the Blind man in Bethsaida. Healing the man blind from birth is discussed in the Gospel of
John[9:1-12] and is placed during the Festival of Tabernacles, about six months before his
passion. Jesus stated that the man's blindness was not because either the man or his parents
sinned. Jesus mixed spittle with dirt to make a mud mixture, which he placed in the man's
eyes.Jesus then asked the man to wash his eyes in the Pool of Siloam. This was done, the man
was able to see.
Lepers
According to the Gospels, when Jesus came down from the mountainside, large crowds followed
him. A man with leprosy came and knelt before him and said, "Lord, if you are willing, you can
make me clean." Jesus reached out his hand and touched the man. "I am willing," he said. "Be
clean!" Immediately he was cured of his leprosy. Then Jesus said to him, Instead he went out and
began to talk freely, spreading the news. As a result, Jesus could no longer enter a town openly
but stayed outside in lonely places. Yet the people still came to him from everywhere.

Paralytics
Healing the paralytic at Capernaum appears in Matthew 9:1-8, Mark 2:1-12 and Luke 5:17-26.
The Bible states that a paralytic was brought to Jesus on a mat; Jesus told him to get up and walk,
and the man did so. A similar cure is described in the Gospel of John as the Healing the paralytic
at Bethesda[Jn 5:1-18] and occurs at the Pool of Bethesda. In this cure Jesus also tells the man to
take his mat and walk.

Women
The Cure of a bleeding woman miracle appears in Mark 5:21-43, Matthew 9:18-26 and Luke 8:4056, along with the miracle of the Daughter of Jairus.[12] Healing the mother of Peter's wife. Jesus
healing an infirm woman appears in Luke 13:10-17. While teaching in a synagogue on a Sabbath,
Jesus cured a woman who had been crippled by a spirit for eighteen years and could not stand
straight at all.

Men
Healing a man with dropsy is described in Luke 14:1-6. In this miracle, Jesus cured a man with
dropsy at the house of a prominent Pharisee on the Sabbath. In the Healing of the man with a
withered hand miracle,[14] the Synoptic state that Jesus entered a synagogue on Sabbath, and
found a man with a withered hand there, whom Jesus healed. The Healing the deaf and mute of
Decapolis miracle only appears in the Gospel of Mark.[7:31-37] The Gospel states that Jesus went
to the Decapolis and met a man there who was deaf and mute, and cured him.

Exorcisms
According to the three Synoptic Gospels, Jesus performed many exorcisms of demoniacs.
These incidents are not mentioned in the Gospel of John. Jesus pointed to his ability to cast out
devils as a sign of his Messiahship, and he empowered his disciples to do the same. The major
exorcism accounts in the Synoptic Gospels which have details, and imply specific teachings, are:
• Exorcism of the Gerasene demoniac, where people had tried to chain up a demoniac but he
had escaped, and lived in tombs, and roamed the hills, crying and cutting himself. Jesus asked
the man's name, and was told by the man/devils that his name was Legion, "...for we are many".
The devils asked to be expelled into a group of swine, which Jesus allowed, and thereafter the
swine fell into the lake and drowned. The swine keepers told the townsfolk what had happened,
and when the townsfolk saw that the man was sane, they besought Jesus to leave "for they were
taken with great fear". The man, on the other hand, informed the whole of the Decapolis what had
happened. Matthew saw two men whom Jesus freed from demoniac possession.[17]
• Exorcising the Canaanite woman's daughter, appears in Matthew 15:21-28 and Mark 7:24
30. The woman asked Jesus to heal her daughter, but Jesus said, "I am not sent but unto the lost
sheep of the house of Israel". The woman replied, "Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall
from their masters' table", whereupon Jesus told her that her daughter was healed, and when the
woman returned home she found that this was true.[18]
• Exorcising the blind and mute man, appears in Matthew 12:22-32, Mark 3:20-30, and
Luke 11:14-23. Jesus healed a demon-possessed man who was blind and mute, so that he could
both talk and see. People were astonished and said, "Could this be the Son of David?" But the
Pharisees said that it is only by Beelzebul, that he drives out demons, but Jesus rebuked them.
• Exorcising a boy possessed by a demon,
A boy possessed by a demon was brought forward to Jesus immediately after Jesus'
transfiguration. The boy was said to have foamed at the mouth, gnashed his teeth, become rigid
and involuntarily fallen into both water and fire. Jesus' followers could not expel the demon, and
Jesus condemned the people as unbelieving, but when the father of the boy questioned if Jesus
could heal the boy, Jesus said "everything is possible for those that believe", so the father said he
believed that the boy could be healed, and Jesus healed him.[19]
• The miracle of Jesus exorcising at sunset appears in the Synoptic Gospels just after healing
the mother of Peter's wife, in Matthew 8:16-17, Mark 1:32-34 and Luke 4:40-41. In this miracle
Jesus healed people and cast out many devils who knew he was Christ.
• Jesus had cast seven devils out of Mary Magdalene. (Mark 16:9, Luke 8:2
• The miracle of Jesus exorcising a mute appears in Matthew 9:32-34 immediately following
the account of the miracle of Jesus healing two blind men. A man who was demon-possessed
and could not talk was brought to Jesus. And when the devil was cast out, the man who had been
mute spoke. There are also brief mentions of other exorcisms, e.g.:

Miracles over nature
The Gospels include eight pre-resurrection accounts concerning Jesus' power over nature:
• Turning Water into Wine—at a wedding, when the host runs out of wine, the host's
servants fill vessels with water at Jesus' command, then a sample is drawn out and taken to the
master of the banquet who pronounces the content of the vessels as the best wine of the banquet.
• The miracle of draught of fishes[Lk 5:1-11] takes place early in Jesus's ministry and
results in Saints Peter, James, son of Zebedee and John joining Jesus as his Apostles.
• The Feeding of the 5000 and of the 4000 men—Jesus, praying to God and using only a
few loaves of bread and several fish, feeds thousands of men, along with an unspecified number
of women and children; there are even a number of baskets of leftovers afterward.
• Walking on water—Jesus walked on a lake to meet a boat.
• Calming the storm - during a storm, the disciples woke Jesus, and he rebuked the storm
causing it to become calm. Jesus then rebukes the disciples for lack of faith.

Resurrection of the dead
All four Canonical Gospels report Jesus' own resurrection from the dead but the Gospels also
relate three other occasions on which Jesus calls a dead person back to life:
Daughter of Jairus.[Mk 5:21-43] Jairus, a major patron of a synagogue, asks Jesus to heal his
daughter, but while Jesus is on his way, men tell Jairus that his daughter has died. Jesus says
she was only sleeping and wakes her with the words Talitha Kum!
The Young Man from Nain.[Lk 7:11-17] A young man, the son of a widow, is brought out for
burial in Nain. Jesus sees her, and his pity causes him to tell her not to cry. Jesus approaches
the coffin and tells the man inside to get up, and he does so.
The Raising of Lazarus.[Jn 11:1-44] A close friend of Jesus who had been dead for four days
is brought back to life when Jesus commands him to get up.

Jesus Resurrection or Crucifying or Being Taken up to Heaven
.
Jesus Christ and Holy Mary in Islam and Qur’an
Jesus’ being born without a father and about his miracles, Islam totally agrees with Christianity.
However, regarding the controversial topic, Jesus’ crucifying, Christianity and Islam have quite
a different point of view. Let’s see what Christianity states:
The resurrection of Jesus is the Christian belief that Jesus Christ miraculously returned to life on
the Sunday following the Friday on which he was executed by crucifixion. He was betrayed by one
of his disciples, Judas, and Judas, in return for money, showed the place to the Roman soldiers,
where Jesus and disciples were staying. Judas later lost his mind as a punishment of God.
According to Islam, Qur’an says Jesus is one of the great holy prophets and Jesus’ name is
mentioned 25 times in verses in Qur’an, and there is a whole verse in Qur’an named as His
mother Holy Mary. Qur’an states that Judas betrayed Jesus and he brought the Roman soldiers
to the place where Jesus was staying; Since God would not allow one of his holy and great
prophets, Jesus, to be hurt; as a miracle, God made Judas look like Jesus. Since there was no ID
card at that time, Roman soldiers took Judas mistakenly thinking that he was Jesus. That is why,
on the way, Judas was shouting that he was not Jesus. Thus, instead of Jesus, Judas was
crucified. As a sign of God’s Mercy, Jesus was saved and taken up to Heaven and again Judas
was forgiven through God’s compassion in Heaven after he was exposed to such an ordeal.
Both Christians and Muslims believe that toward the end of Doomsdays, Jesus will return to the
world again; Christianity version claims that Jesus will return to save the Christians only while
Islamic version says, Jesus will return to the world to make peace between religions and kill the
Atheism, and teach people being kind, tolerant, being pious, earning fair money, having dialog
between nations, religions, helping one another regardless of race, religion and colour. In Islamic
version, Jesus is like a savior of human kind, more embracing, more cooperating and more
merciful to all people regardless of their religions. It seems that Jesus’ mission is to establish
peace among religions and nations.
There is another important difference between Christianity and Islam as well that Jesus mentioned
many times about the last prophet Mohammed (peace be upon on all prophets) and his coming
to the world as a last prophet. Jesus in Qur’an is a prophet and he is not son of God.

God begetted not, nor is HE begotten;
God created entire universe and humans since as a creator not as a being creation like us.
Muslims believe that there is a real Bible named as Barnabas, and in that Bible, the prophet
Mohammed’s name is mentioned quite a lot. In the following verse from today’s bible, Muslims
believe that the comforter is the last prophet, Mohammed. Briefly, Muslims believe that Bible
was rewritten and it was changed by a council in 325 AC.

John 16:7
Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not
away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.
However, Christians believe that Bible was not rewritten. It is believed that technically the Bible
hasn't been "rewritten." It has only been copied from original Greek and Hebrew manuscripts and
then translated to various languages from those originals.
But sometimes I am thinking that it would be much better and more convincing others if we had
only one Bible. I myself often faced the same question of why there are so many Bibles in our
hands and this makes the people suspicious about Bible’s accuracy! I questioned myself as well
why there is not only one Bible?

Born of Jesus Christ
“And We granted Jesus son of Mary the clear proofs of the truth (and of His
Messengership), and confirmed him with the Spirit of Holiness.” (Al-Baqarah 2:87)
A great number of verifying scholars claim that the Spirit of Holiness is the Angel Gabriel.
The Spirit of Holiness was constantly with Jesus in different forms of manifestation or
representation. He was with him from the moment Mary conceived him until her delivery of
the child. Since Almighty God willed to send Jesus as a Prophet to people who were addicted
to a materialist world-view, He embraced him with and brought him up in a pure spiritual or
metaphysical atmosphere and confirmed him with pure spirituality which would dispel the
materialism of people.
In addition, the confirmation of Jesus with the Spirit of Holiness marks his and his mother’s
sanctification against the slanders of people. This also denotes the Qur’ān’s verdict of Jesus’
acquittal against the slanderers.
When Mary was scared of going back to temple because of Jewish priests and their anger since
she was not married and the priest would not understand the miracle. The Angel Gabriel said to
Holy Mary “ God orders you to keep three days fasting of NO TALKI NG. Then Holy Mary went
back to the Temple and the following conversation was displayed in Qur’an in the verse of Holy
Mary as a second miracle of Jesus that happened. He talked to the priests as a newborn baby.
The priests first accused Holy and Virtuous Mary of committing adultery

“ “ O sister of Aaron! your father was not a man of evil, nor your mother a
. woman unchaste!”
Then, Holy Mary did not say anything as She vowed to God not to talk for three days!
She pointed at the baby. Then the priests laughed and said “How come a newborn bay
in cradle could talk? The following conversation in Qur’an as follows;
Th
But she pointed to the baby. They said: "How can we talk to one who is a child
in the cradle?"
He (jesus) said: "I am indeed a servant of God: He had given me revelation and
made me a prophet;
"(HE) had made me kind to my mother, and not overbearing or miserable
"So peace is on me the day I was born, the day that I die, and the day that I shall
be raised up to life (again)"
Such (was) Jesus the son of Mary: (it is) a statement of truth, about which they
(vainly) dispute.
It is not befitting to God that He should beget a son. Glory be to Him! when HE
determines a matter, He only says to it, "Be", and it happens.
Verily God is my Lord and your Lord: Him therefore serve ye: this is a Way that
is straight. (Mary 33 -39)

Other verses in Qur’an about Jesus Christ and Holy Mary
Bakara 2/87 : We revealed the Torah o Moses and then we sent prophets upon and upon the
son of Mary, Jesus Christ has also been given clear proofs and miracles about his prophet hood.
And we supported him with Holy Spirit.
Explanation: Holy spirit means that he is one of the major four angels, Gabriel.
Al-i Imran 3/35: Once the wife of Imran said, “My Lord, I dedicate the baby in my belly to your
service. As being free from very bad deeds he would serve You. Please accept my sacrifice.
No doubt you are the only One who is ever-hearing all prayers and ever-knowing our intensions
in our hearts.
Al-i Imran 3/36: Then when she bore the baby, she said, “My Lord I bore a baby daughter.” In fact God Knew what she bore -The daughter is, of course, not like a son – I named her as
Mary and I pray you to protect her and her descendants from devil.
Al-i Imran3/37: God accepted Mary gladly, (Upon her mother’ s praying) and brought her up very
well. And God made Zakaria a guardian of Mary. Whenever Zakaria entered Mary’s place in
Temple he found some food along with her. He asked, “ Where did you find these food? “ She
replied, “The food was sent by God. God, no doubt, sustains the plenty of food to those whom He
is willing to.
Al-i Imran 3/45: The day came and Angels said to Mary,” Mary, God gives you the good news
about a word of God. His name is Jesus Christ, his nickname is Messiah, and his title is the son of
Mary. He will be one of those respectful and the closest servants to God here in this world and
Heaven.
Explanation: This world is full of God’s words – all creatures, plants, planets, sun, and moon. So
are people and so are prophets and so is Jesus Christ. He is a word from God but he is not a
God. Here the “word” can be interpreted as heavenly-gifted in preaching and writing about God.
Al-i Imran 3/47: Mary “Oh My God, how come I will have a baby even though a man’s hand does
not touch me?” Then God said to her, “ Even so God creates whoever He is willing. Because
when He is willing to create something He only says ‘ be it and it comes into existence’.”
Al-i Imran 3/48-49: Angels also told about Jesus Christ’s qualities, “ God sends him as a
prophet to children of Israel. And he (Jesus) will tell his people, ‘ I have been sent to you
through a miracle of God; I make a bird out of mud and I breathe into it, then it becomes a
bird with God’s ’willing. I heal the leper and I even raise the dead with God’s willing. I can
know what you eat at home and what you hide. If you, of course, have intensions to
believe in God, these miracles are enough to teach you some lessons.

Explanation: “The lessons” mean here is that believers should believe in God and also
the verse refers to future time and people to lead them in science and medicine. All
prophets’ miracles draw a limit in science to point out how far people can go. We believe
that humans will raise the dead even for a short time in future to make investigations of a
crime etc.
Al-i Imran 3/50: I came unto earth to confirm the previous book Torah and to make some
laws that were forbidden at the time of Moses. Straightforward I came unto you with a sign.
(Miracles). Then you avoid being against God and obey me.
Al-i Imran 3/51: No doubt, God is your God and my God too. Then you worship Him. This
is the right path.
Al-i Imran 3/52 : But when Jesus Christ felt that the children of Israel were insisting on
their disbelief, he asked them, “ who is going to help me on the path of God?”
Disciples said, “We are the helpers on God’s path. We believed in God. Oh Jesus Christ
you be witness that we are the believers and we are obedient to God.
Al-i Imran 3/53: And disciples added, “O, our God, we believe in the book you revealed
and we took the lead of your prophet. And our God write down us with those witnesses
who believe in your oneness and your prophets.
Al-i Imran 3/54: The others – non-believers – made plans and plotted against Jesus
Christ. But God failed them and their plans. God is, no doubt, quite mighty to fail all plots
and conspiracies.
Al-i Imran 3/55: Then God said, “ Jesus, I am the one who will kill you not them. And I am
the one who will save you from non-believers and ascended you to Heaven proving your
innocence. And I will make those believers defeat the non-believers until the judgment
day. Then you all come back to me and I shall judge between you about the conflicts you
have.
Maide 5/75: The son of Mary, Messiah, was only a messenger. A matter of fact that many
prophets were sent before him. His mother, Mary, is an honest, decent and virtuous
woman. Both were eating food like the other people. Pay attention: WE explain all the
proofs to them. Then how come their minds are twisted and give up on the truth?
Explanation: In Qur’an, 24 prophets were mentioned through their life and revelations.
Maide 5/109: A reflection from future – Judgment day.
Time will come and God will gather all prophets with their own people whom truth of God
was revealed. And God will ask HIS prophets, “How was your people’s response? Then all
the messengers will say , “O my Lord, we have no knowledge if compared to yours ,that is,
you are the only one who is ever-knowing the future and the past.
Maide 5/110: God will say, “ Jesus, think about my blessings onto you. I supported you
with Holy spirit. You were able to talk to people both in the cradle and in your adulthood.
I taught you the book of Bible , the book of Torah and Wisdom. You made a bird out of
mud and you breathed into it, then it become a bird through my Almighty. Think it over
again; You opened the eyes of blind people and healed the leper. Think about it again;
You raised the dead people. Then I saved you from vicious children of Israel who plotted
to murder you. When all the signs and proofs were reveled on the non-believers of the
children of Israel, they said, this is nothing else more than a magic.
Explanation: The people were very materialistic at the time of Jesus Christ. As if their
minds’ eyes were descended into their eyes. They got used to seeing with their eyes not
with their heart. That’s why God allowed Jesus Christ to work the miracles starting when
he was born and the miracles about Medicine like healing the sick people or opening the
blind people’s eyes. (Back then Medicine was very popular and Jesus Christ’s miracles
were about Medicine.) Jesus Christ tried to open blind people’s eyes spiritually while he
was opening their blind eyes physically. Money really mattered to them a lot. They liked to
make unfair money from people and find other vicious ways to make more money.
Maide 5/112: Once disciples said, “O, the son of Mary, Jesus, is your God able to send down a
food of table – a feast- from Heaven? And Jesus replied, “If you are believer, be afraid of God
and don’t be impolite and rude to HIM by asking such things.
Explanation: The word “able “ is quite rude to use against God rather than “Would.”
At the time disciples asked such a question, maybe they are not complete believers or
they wanted to increase their faith.
Maide 113: Disciples said. “ We wish to eat from that heavenly food so that we are satisfied and
make sure that you are telling the truth and we be witnesses to your revelation.
Maide 114: The son of Maria, Jesus, said, “O my Lord, Almighty one. Send us down a table
spread with food from Heaven, that it may be a festival for us before and later. Give us
sustenance. You are the best sustainer.
Maide 115: God said, “ I send it down from Heaven but from now on, I shall punish whoever is
non-believer with a way that I never punish any of my creatures.
Maide 116-118: When God questioned Jesus Christ, “O, the son of Mary, Jesus, did you
teach your people that you worship you and your mother as God apart from ME? Jesus
said, Be glorified, O, my God, you have no partner and you are unique and perfect
incomparably to anything. It is unjust to say anything which I have no right, and it is
inappropriate for me to say so. If I did say, you are ever-seeing and ever-hearing anything
in the past and in the future. I did not say anything apart from whatever you revealed to me.
That was ‘ Worship to only God Who is Your God and My God too.’ ”
“ O, my God, as long as I was among my people, I checked on them until the time you
ascended me to Heaven. Later you were the only one who saw and witnessed what they
did. Indeed you are only the witness of all times and all deeds we have done and we will,
secretly and openly. If you do punish them they are your servant; if you do forgive them
you are the exalted in power, the mighty and the wise.”
In the last verse, according to Qur’an, Jesus is asking God’s mercy on his own people
since he was called by his people as a son of God!
I quoted almost all the verses about Jesus Christ. For us all the prophets are important because
they came from the same God and same Heaven. Whenever people on the earth had gone stray
spiritually and morally God sent prophets to lead people to the right path. All the prophets were
supported and taught according to the age, time and his people’s situation. And all the prophets
confirmed the one before and after themselves. Last prophet God sent, Mohammed (Peace be
upon him and other prophets) confirmed Jesus Christ as well. So Jesus informed about the last
prophet as well. And all the prophets had a common revelation: Believe in only one God and
Believe in Judgment day. Muslims believe that Jesus Christ is indeed one of the great prophets in
Qur’an which claims that Jesus is not killed and he is alive and he is somewhere in Heaven
waiting for God’s order to come back to the world.
When he gets back to world he will accomplish the same mission: He will be an eye opener to
materialistic people and his task will be spreading the faith among all non-believers and when his
task is finished, he will die like the rest of the prophets.
I tried to be objective as a believer in Jesus. However I confess that I am confused as well.
Because I heard many times from the Christian preachers that all Christians will go to paradise
and rest of the people will go to hell because they do not believe in Jesus as a son of God.
But this is totally contrary to God’s infinite mercy and compassion.
And I was told that Christian God is the right God and other religions’ God is the wrong God! How
sure are we about this? How many Gods do we have? What I understand is that GOD is only one
the same God! The same God who sent Abraham, Jonah, Job, David Solomon Moses, Jesus and
Muhammed (peace be upon them all) and other messengers which are believed that they were
124 thousands! Maybe Buddha was a prophet as well because his teachings are very close to
Christianity and Islam.
The readers can look into the verse “Mary” in Qur’an if they wish to learn more. Today’s problem
is that as we are human beings we believe what we see and what we hear easily on media or
internet without searching for it whether it is true or not and we quitted on reading books, thanks
to Internet and fast life of civilization since we cannot make time for it. This is what I felt while
I was doing this research and preparing this presentation. I am just wrapping up the presentation
about JESUS CHRIST who cannot be presented by only in 10 pages.

Jesus had such a life that was full of mercy, compassion, patience and a continuous struggle to
lead his people from materialistic life to a spiritual one. He was so sad when he saw that his
people hated him because he was destroying their order based on usury, oppression, and seven
sins that was told in Bible. That is why they plotted to kill Jesus. God bless us all and makes us
one of them Jesus will save in future.
Now I prepared other presentations as well You may click the following links if you would like to

Jesus Christ a dedicated life for his people

  • 1. JESUS CHRIST AND HIS DEDICATED LIFE Jesus Christ was born in 2-6 BCE in Bethlehem, Judea. Little is known about his early life, but as a young man, he founded Christianity, one of the world’s most influential religions. His life is recorded in the New Testament, more a theological document than a biography. According to Christians, Jesus is considered the incarnation of God and his teachings an example for living a more spiritual life. Christians believe he died for the sins of all people and rose from the dead. “Do not think that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets. I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill” Jesus Christ Profile Most of Jesus’ life is told through the four Gospels of the New Testament Bible, known as the Canonical gospels, written by Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. These are not biographies in the modern sense but accounts with allegorical intent. They are written to engender faith in Jesus as the Messiah and the incarnation of God, who came to teach, suffer and die for people’s sins. Jesus was born between 2 and 6 BCE, in Bethlehem, Judea. His mother, Mary, was a virgin who was betrothed to Joseph, a carpenter. His lineage can be traced back to the house of David. According to the Gospel of Matthew (2:1), Jesus was born during the reign of Herod the Great, who upon hearing of his birth felt threatened and tried to kill Jesus by ordering all of Bethlehem’s male children under age two to be killed. But Joseph was warned by an angel and took Mary and the child to Egypt until Herod’s death, where upon he brought the family back and settled in the town of Nazareth, in Galilee. There is very little written about Jesus’ early life. The Gospel of Luke (2:41-52) recounts that a 12-year-old Jesus had accompanied his parents on a pilgrimage to Jerusalem and became separated. He was found several days later in a temple, discussing affairs with some of Jerusalem’s elders. Throughout the New Testament, there are trace references of Jesus working as a carpenter while a young adult. It is believed that he began his ministry at age 30 when he was baptized by John the Baptist, who upon seeing Jesus, declared him the Son of God. After baptism, Jesus went into the Judean desert to fast and meditate for 40 days and nights. The Temptation of Christ is chronicled in the Gospels of Matthew, Mark and Luke (known as the Synoptic Gospels). The Devil appeared and tempted Jesus three times, once to turn stone to bread, once to cast himself off a mountain where angels would save him, and once to offer him all the kingdoms of the world. All three times, Jesus rejected the Devil’s temptation and sent him off. Jesus returned to Galilee and made trips to neighboring villages. During this time several people became his disciples. One of these was Mary Magdalene, who is first mentioned the Gospel of Luke (16:9) and later in all four gospels at the crucifixion. Though not mentioned in the context of the “12 disciples,” she is considered to have been involved in Jesus’ ministry from the beginning to his death and after. According to the gospels of Mark and John, Jesus appeared to Magdalene first after his resurrection.
  • 2. JESUS CHRIST A WORD OF GOD WITH HIS DIVINE MIRACLES God created Adam and Eve out of dirt that acted like a mother’s womb for them, and later on, God spirited Adam through HIS holy spirit. In the time of Jesus, people were so much into ‘seeing is believing attitude’; materialism was overwhelming and they started believing in reasons rather than the creator of the reasons to happen something. That is why God wanted to show those people who lived that time that HE can create anything without any reasons; As a miracle, HE who created Adam without any reasons, without any father and mother, created Jesus the same way without any reason through the holy spirit that was blown into Jesus’ Mother Mary, the most purified one on the earth. That is why Jesus is called as a spirit of GOD to make his materialistic people believe that God can create anything through the reasons and without reasons. That he was born without a father is the real message to his own people and it was his outstanding miracle. He is the word of God. What does the word of God mean? Each creature is a word God. Jesus was more than a word God with his spiritual creation; He is a unique word of God through his exceptional being born that makes him different from other people as a miracle of GOD. Jesus had such a modest, pure, mother, Holy Mary that God was blessing with the divine food even she was a child; Each time the Prophet Zechariah visited Holy Mary, he was seeing the food in front of her, and he was asking her where she got the food, Holy Mary was replying that an angel was bringing it to her. Jesus continued to try to open materialistic eyes of his own people with many miracles. Before each miracle, He asked God’s help and blessing to allow him to make the miracles come true. Cures The largest group of miracles mentioned in the New Testament involve cures. The Gospels give varying amounts of detail for each episode, sometimes Jesus cures simply by saying a few words or spitting and praying on a mud. The Blind Each of the three synoptic gospels tell of Jesus healing the blind near Jericho, as he passed through that town, shortly before his passion. Mark [10:46-52] tells only of a man named Bartimaeus being present and healed, as Jesus left Jericho, making him one of the few named people to be cured by Jesus. Matthew[20:29-34] is a similar account of two blind men being healed outside of Jericho, but gives no names. Luke[18:35-43] also tells of two unnamed blind men, but seems to place the event instead as when Jesus approached Jericho. The Synoptic state that Jesus met a beggar (Mark gives the name: bar-Timai or son of Timai) who, though blind, still identified Jesus as the Jewish Messiah; Jesus said that the man's faith has healed him, and he "received his sight," and was allowed to follow Jesus. The Gospel of Matthew [9:27-31] also reports of Jesus healing two blind men in Galilee, at some earlier time. Jesus touched their eyes and restored their sight. The Gospels report four Jesus healing the Blind man in Bethsaida. Healing the man blind from birth is discussed in the Gospel of John[9:1-12] and is placed during the Festival of Tabernacles, about six months before his passion. Jesus stated that the man's blindness was not because either the man or his parents sinned. Jesus mixed spittle with dirt to make a mud mixture, which he placed in the man's eyes.Jesus then asked the man to wash his eyes in the Pool of Siloam. This was done, the man was able to see.
  • 3. Lepers According to the Gospels, when Jesus came down from the mountainside, large crowds followed him. A man with leprosy came and knelt before him and said, "Lord, if you are willing, you can make me clean." Jesus reached out his hand and touched the man. "I am willing," he said. "Be clean!" Immediately he was cured of his leprosy. Then Jesus said to him, Instead he went out and began to talk freely, spreading the news. As a result, Jesus could no longer enter a town openly but stayed outside in lonely places. Yet the people still came to him from everywhere. Paralytics Healing the paralytic at Capernaum appears in Matthew 9:1-8, Mark 2:1-12 and Luke 5:17-26. The Bible states that a paralytic was brought to Jesus on a mat; Jesus told him to get up and walk, and the man did so. A similar cure is described in the Gospel of John as the Healing the paralytic at Bethesda[Jn 5:1-18] and occurs at the Pool of Bethesda. In this cure Jesus also tells the man to take his mat and walk. Women The Cure of a bleeding woman miracle appears in Mark 5:21-43, Matthew 9:18-26 and Luke 8:4056, along with the miracle of the Daughter of Jairus.[12] Healing the mother of Peter's wife. Jesus healing an infirm woman appears in Luke 13:10-17. While teaching in a synagogue on a Sabbath, Jesus cured a woman who had been crippled by a spirit for eighteen years and could not stand straight at all. Men Healing a man with dropsy is described in Luke 14:1-6. In this miracle, Jesus cured a man with dropsy at the house of a prominent Pharisee on the Sabbath. In the Healing of the man with a withered hand miracle,[14] the Synoptic state that Jesus entered a synagogue on Sabbath, and found a man with a withered hand there, whom Jesus healed. The Healing the deaf and mute of Decapolis miracle only appears in the Gospel of Mark.[7:31-37] The Gospel states that Jesus went to the Decapolis and met a man there who was deaf and mute, and cured him. Exorcisms According to the three Synoptic Gospels, Jesus performed many exorcisms of demoniacs. These incidents are not mentioned in the Gospel of John. Jesus pointed to his ability to cast out devils as a sign of his Messiahship, and he empowered his disciples to do the same. The major exorcism accounts in the Synoptic Gospels which have details, and imply specific teachings, are: • Exorcism of the Gerasene demoniac, where people had tried to chain up a demoniac but he had escaped, and lived in tombs, and roamed the hills, crying and cutting himself. Jesus asked the man's name, and was told by the man/devils that his name was Legion, "...for we are many". The devils asked to be expelled into a group of swine, which Jesus allowed, and thereafter the swine fell into the lake and drowned. The swine keepers told the townsfolk what had happened, and when the townsfolk saw that the man was sane, they besought Jesus to leave "for they were
  • 4. taken with great fear". The man, on the other hand, informed the whole of the Decapolis what had happened. Matthew saw two men whom Jesus freed from demoniac possession.[17] • Exorcising the Canaanite woman's daughter, appears in Matthew 15:21-28 and Mark 7:24 30. The woman asked Jesus to heal her daughter, but Jesus said, "I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel". The woman replied, "Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from their masters' table", whereupon Jesus told her that her daughter was healed, and when the woman returned home she found that this was true.[18] • Exorcising the blind and mute man, appears in Matthew 12:22-32, Mark 3:20-30, and Luke 11:14-23. Jesus healed a demon-possessed man who was blind and mute, so that he could both talk and see. People were astonished and said, "Could this be the Son of David?" But the Pharisees said that it is only by Beelzebul, that he drives out demons, but Jesus rebuked them. • Exorcising a boy possessed by a demon, A boy possessed by a demon was brought forward to Jesus immediately after Jesus' transfiguration. The boy was said to have foamed at the mouth, gnashed his teeth, become rigid and involuntarily fallen into both water and fire. Jesus' followers could not expel the demon, and Jesus condemned the people as unbelieving, but when the father of the boy questioned if Jesus could heal the boy, Jesus said "everything is possible for those that believe", so the father said he believed that the boy could be healed, and Jesus healed him.[19] • The miracle of Jesus exorcising at sunset appears in the Synoptic Gospels just after healing the mother of Peter's wife, in Matthew 8:16-17, Mark 1:32-34 and Luke 4:40-41. In this miracle Jesus healed people and cast out many devils who knew he was Christ. • Jesus had cast seven devils out of Mary Magdalene. (Mark 16:9, Luke 8:2 • The miracle of Jesus exorcising a mute appears in Matthew 9:32-34 immediately following the account of the miracle of Jesus healing two blind men. A man who was demon-possessed and could not talk was brought to Jesus. And when the devil was cast out, the man who had been mute spoke. There are also brief mentions of other exorcisms, e.g.: Miracles over nature The Gospels include eight pre-resurrection accounts concerning Jesus' power over nature: • Turning Water into Wine—at a wedding, when the host runs out of wine, the host's servants fill vessels with water at Jesus' command, then a sample is drawn out and taken to the master of the banquet who pronounces the content of the vessels as the best wine of the banquet. • The miracle of draught of fishes[Lk 5:1-11] takes place early in Jesus's ministry and results in Saints Peter, James, son of Zebedee and John joining Jesus as his Apostles. • The Feeding of the 5000 and of the 4000 men—Jesus, praying to God and using only a few loaves of bread and several fish, feeds thousands of men, along with an unspecified number of women and children; there are even a number of baskets of leftovers afterward.
  • 5. • Walking on water—Jesus walked on a lake to meet a boat. • Calming the storm - during a storm, the disciples woke Jesus, and he rebuked the storm causing it to become calm. Jesus then rebukes the disciples for lack of faith. Resurrection of the dead All four Canonical Gospels report Jesus' own resurrection from the dead but the Gospels also relate three other occasions on which Jesus calls a dead person back to life: Daughter of Jairus.[Mk 5:21-43] Jairus, a major patron of a synagogue, asks Jesus to heal his daughter, but while Jesus is on his way, men tell Jairus that his daughter has died. Jesus says she was only sleeping and wakes her with the words Talitha Kum! The Young Man from Nain.[Lk 7:11-17] A young man, the son of a widow, is brought out for burial in Nain. Jesus sees her, and his pity causes him to tell her not to cry. Jesus approaches the coffin and tells the man inside to get up, and he does so. The Raising of Lazarus.[Jn 11:1-44] A close friend of Jesus who had been dead for four days is brought back to life when Jesus commands him to get up. Jesus Resurrection or Crucifying or Being Taken up to Heaven . Jesus Christ and Holy Mary in Islam and Qur’an Jesus’ being born without a father and about his miracles, Islam totally agrees with Christianity. However, regarding the controversial topic, Jesus’ crucifying, Christianity and Islam have quite a different point of view. Let’s see what Christianity states: The resurrection of Jesus is the Christian belief that Jesus Christ miraculously returned to life on the Sunday following the Friday on which he was executed by crucifixion. He was betrayed by one of his disciples, Judas, and Judas, in return for money, showed the place to the Roman soldiers, where Jesus and disciples were staying. Judas later lost his mind as a punishment of God. According to Islam, Qur’an says Jesus is one of the great holy prophets and Jesus’ name is mentioned 25 times in verses in Qur’an, and there is a whole verse in Qur’an named as His mother Holy Mary. Qur’an states that Judas betrayed Jesus and he brought the Roman soldiers to the place where Jesus was staying; Since God would not allow one of his holy and great prophets, Jesus, to be hurt; as a miracle, God made Judas look like Jesus. Since there was no ID card at that time, Roman soldiers took Judas mistakenly thinking that he was Jesus. That is why, on the way, Judas was shouting that he was not Jesus. Thus, instead of Jesus, Judas was crucified. As a sign of God’s Mercy, Jesus was saved and taken up to Heaven and again Judas was forgiven through God’s compassion in Heaven after he was exposed to such an ordeal. Both Christians and Muslims believe that toward the end of Doomsdays, Jesus will return to the world again; Christianity version claims that Jesus will return to save the Christians only while Islamic version says, Jesus will return to the world to make peace between religions and kill the Atheism, and teach people being kind, tolerant, being pious, earning fair money, having dialog between nations, religions, helping one another regardless of race, religion and colour. In Islamic version, Jesus is like a savior of human kind, more embracing, more cooperating and more
  • 6. merciful to all people regardless of their religions. It seems that Jesus’ mission is to establish peace among religions and nations. There is another important difference between Christianity and Islam as well that Jesus mentioned many times about the last prophet Mohammed (peace be upon on all prophets) and his coming to the world as a last prophet. Jesus in Qur’an is a prophet and he is not son of God. God begetted not, nor is HE begotten; God created entire universe and humans since as a creator not as a being creation like us. Muslims believe that there is a real Bible named as Barnabas, and in that Bible, the prophet Mohammed’s name is mentioned quite a lot. In the following verse from today’s bible, Muslims believe that the comforter is the last prophet, Mohammed. Briefly, Muslims believe that Bible was rewritten and it was changed by a council in 325 AC. John 16:7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. However, Christians believe that Bible was not rewritten. It is believed that technically the Bible hasn't been "rewritten." It has only been copied from original Greek and Hebrew manuscripts and then translated to various languages from those originals. But sometimes I am thinking that it would be much better and more convincing others if we had only one Bible. I myself often faced the same question of why there are so many Bibles in our hands and this makes the people suspicious about Bible’s accuracy! I questioned myself as well why there is not only one Bible? Born of Jesus Christ “And We granted Jesus son of Mary the clear proofs of the truth (and of His Messengership), and confirmed him with the Spirit of Holiness.” (Al-Baqarah 2:87) A great number of verifying scholars claim that the Spirit of Holiness is the Angel Gabriel. The Spirit of Holiness was constantly with Jesus in different forms of manifestation or representation. He was with him from the moment Mary conceived him until her delivery of the child. Since Almighty God willed to send Jesus as a Prophet to people who were addicted to a materialist world-view, He embraced him with and brought him up in a pure spiritual or metaphysical atmosphere and confirmed him with pure spirituality which would dispel the materialism of people. In addition, the confirmation of Jesus with the Spirit of Holiness marks his and his mother’s sanctification against the slanders of people. This also denotes the Qur’ān’s verdict of Jesus’ acquittal against the slanderers. When Mary was scared of going back to temple because of Jewish priests and their anger since she was not married and the priest would not understand the miracle. The Angel Gabriel said to Holy Mary “ God orders you to keep three days fasting of NO TALKI NG. Then Holy Mary went back to the Temple and the following conversation was displayed in Qur’an in the verse of Holy
  • 7. Mary as a second miracle of Jesus that happened. He talked to the priests as a newborn baby. The priests first accused Holy and Virtuous Mary of committing adultery “ “ O sister of Aaron! your father was not a man of evil, nor your mother a . woman unchaste!” Then, Holy Mary did not say anything as She vowed to God not to talk for three days! She pointed at the baby. Then the priests laughed and said “How come a newborn bay in cradle could talk? The following conversation in Qur’an as follows; Th But she pointed to the baby. They said: "How can we talk to one who is a child in the cradle?" He (jesus) said: "I am indeed a servant of God: He had given me revelation and made me a prophet; "(HE) had made me kind to my mother, and not overbearing or miserable "So peace is on me the day I was born, the day that I die, and the day that I shall be raised up to life (again)" Such (was) Jesus the son of Mary: (it is) a statement of truth, about which they (vainly) dispute. It is not befitting to God that He should beget a son. Glory be to Him! when HE determines a matter, He only says to it, "Be", and it happens. Verily God is my Lord and your Lord: Him therefore serve ye: this is a Way that is straight. (Mary 33 -39) Other verses in Qur’an about Jesus Christ and Holy Mary Bakara 2/87 : We revealed the Torah o Moses and then we sent prophets upon and upon the son of Mary, Jesus Christ has also been given clear proofs and miracles about his prophet hood. And we supported him with Holy Spirit. Explanation: Holy spirit means that he is one of the major four angels, Gabriel. Al-i Imran 3/35: Once the wife of Imran said, “My Lord, I dedicate the baby in my belly to your service. As being free from very bad deeds he would serve You. Please accept my sacrifice. No doubt you are the only One who is ever-hearing all prayers and ever-knowing our intensions in our hearts. Al-i Imran 3/36: Then when she bore the baby, she said, “My Lord I bore a baby daughter.” In fact God Knew what she bore -The daughter is, of course, not like a son – I named her as Mary and I pray you to protect her and her descendants from devil.
  • 8. Al-i Imran3/37: God accepted Mary gladly, (Upon her mother’ s praying) and brought her up very well. And God made Zakaria a guardian of Mary. Whenever Zakaria entered Mary’s place in Temple he found some food along with her. He asked, “ Where did you find these food? “ She replied, “The food was sent by God. God, no doubt, sustains the plenty of food to those whom He is willing to. Al-i Imran 3/45: The day came and Angels said to Mary,” Mary, God gives you the good news about a word of God. His name is Jesus Christ, his nickname is Messiah, and his title is the son of Mary. He will be one of those respectful and the closest servants to God here in this world and Heaven. Explanation: This world is full of God’s words – all creatures, plants, planets, sun, and moon. So are people and so are prophets and so is Jesus Christ. He is a word from God but he is not a God. Here the “word” can be interpreted as heavenly-gifted in preaching and writing about God. Al-i Imran 3/47: Mary “Oh My God, how come I will have a baby even though a man’s hand does not touch me?” Then God said to her, “ Even so God creates whoever He is willing. Because when He is willing to create something He only says ‘ be it and it comes into existence’.” Al-i Imran 3/48-49: Angels also told about Jesus Christ’s qualities, “ God sends him as a prophet to children of Israel. And he (Jesus) will tell his people, ‘ I have been sent to you through a miracle of God; I make a bird out of mud and I breathe into it, then it becomes a bird with God’s ’willing. I heal the leper and I even raise the dead with God’s willing. I can know what you eat at home and what you hide. If you, of course, have intensions to believe in God, these miracles are enough to teach you some lessons. Explanation: “The lessons” mean here is that believers should believe in God and also the verse refers to future time and people to lead them in science and medicine. All prophets’ miracles draw a limit in science to point out how far people can go. We believe that humans will raise the dead even for a short time in future to make investigations of a crime etc. Al-i Imran 3/50: I came unto earth to confirm the previous book Torah and to make some laws that were forbidden at the time of Moses. Straightforward I came unto you with a sign. (Miracles). Then you avoid being against God and obey me. Al-i Imran 3/51: No doubt, God is your God and my God too. Then you worship Him. This is the right path. Al-i Imran 3/52 : But when Jesus Christ felt that the children of Israel were insisting on their disbelief, he asked them, “ who is going to help me on the path of God?” Disciples said, “We are the helpers on God’s path. We believed in God. Oh Jesus Christ you be witness that we are the believers and we are obedient to God.
  • 9. Al-i Imran 3/53: And disciples added, “O, our God, we believe in the book you revealed and we took the lead of your prophet. And our God write down us with those witnesses who believe in your oneness and your prophets. Al-i Imran 3/54: The others – non-believers – made plans and plotted against Jesus Christ. But God failed them and their plans. God is, no doubt, quite mighty to fail all plots and conspiracies. Al-i Imran 3/55: Then God said, “ Jesus, I am the one who will kill you not them. And I am the one who will save you from non-believers and ascended you to Heaven proving your innocence. And I will make those believers defeat the non-believers until the judgment day. Then you all come back to me and I shall judge between you about the conflicts you have. Maide 5/75: The son of Mary, Messiah, was only a messenger. A matter of fact that many prophets were sent before him. His mother, Mary, is an honest, decent and virtuous woman. Both were eating food like the other people. Pay attention: WE explain all the proofs to them. Then how come their minds are twisted and give up on the truth? Explanation: In Qur’an, 24 prophets were mentioned through their life and revelations. Maide 5/109: A reflection from future – Judgment day. Time will come and God will gather all prophets with their own people whom truth of God was revealed. And God will ask HIS prophets, “How was your people’s response? Then all the messengers will say , “O my Lord, we have no knowledge if compared to yours ,that is, you are the only one who is ever-knowing the future and the past. Maide 5/110: God will say, “ Jesus, think about my blessings onto you. I supported you with Holy spirit. You were able to talk to people both in the cradle and in your adulthood. I taught you the book of Bible , the book of Torah and Wisdom. You made a bird out of mud and you breathed into it, then it become a bird through my Almighty. Think it over again; You opened the eyes of blind people and healed the leper. Think about it again; You raised the dead people. Then I saved you from vicious children of Israel who plotted to murder you. When all the signs and proofs were reveled on the non-believers of the children of Israel, they said, this is nothing else more than a magic. Explanation: The people were very materialistic at the time of Jesus Christ. As if their minds’ eyes were descended into their eyes. They got used to seeing with their eyes not with their heart. That’s why God allowed Jesus Christ to work the miracles starting when he was born and the miracles about Medicine like healing the sick people or opening the blind people’s eyes. (Back then Medicine was very popular and Jesus Christ’s miracles were about Medicine.) Jesus Christ tried to open blind people’s eyes spiritually while he was opening their blind eyes physically. Money really mattered to them a lot. They liked to make unfair money from people and find other vicious ways to make more money.
  • 10. Maide 5/112: Once disciples said, “O, the son of Mary, Jesus, is your God able to send down a food of table – a feast- from Heaven? And Jesus replied, “If you are believer, be afraid of God and don’t be impolite and rude to HIM by asking such things. Explanation: The word “able “ is quite rude to use against God rather than “Would.” At the time disciples asked such a question, maybe they are not complete believers or they wanted to increase their faith. Maide 113: Disciples said. “ We wish to eat from that heavenly food so that we are satisfied and make sure that you are telling the truth and we be witnesses to your revelation. Maide 114: The son of Maria, Jesus, said, “O my Lord, Almighty one. Send us down a table spread with food from Heaven, that it may be a festival for us before and later. Give us sustenance. You are the best sustainer. Maide 115: God said, “ I send it down from Heaven but from now on, I shall punish whoever is non-believer with a way that I never punish any of my creatures. Maide 116-118: When God questioned Jesus Christ, “O, the son of Mary, Jesus, did you teach your people that you worship you and your mother as God apart from ME? Jesus said, Be glorified, O, my God, you have no partner and you are unique and perfect incomparably to anything. It is unjust to say anything which I have no right, and it is inappropriate for me to say so. If I did say, you are ever-seeing and ever-hearing anything in the past and in the future. I did not say anything apart from whatever you revealed to me. That was ‘ Worship to only God Who is Your God and My God too.’ ” “ O, my God, as long as I was among my people, I checked on them until the time you ascended me to Heaven. Later you were the only one who saw and witnessed what they did. Indeed you are only the witness of all times and all deeds we have done and we will, secretly and openly. If you do punish them they are your servant; if you do forgive them you are the exalted in power, the mighty and the wise.” In the last verse, according to Qur’an, Jesus is asking God’s mercy on his own people since he was called by his people as a son of God! I quoted almost all the verses about Jesus Christ. For us all the prophets are important because they came from the same God and same Heaven. Whenever people on the earth had gone stray spiritually and morally God sent prophets to lead people to the right path. All the prophets were supported and taught according to the age, time and his people’s situation. And all the prophets confirmed the one before and after themselves. Last prophet God sent, Mohammed (Peace be upon him and other prophets) confirmed Jesus Christ as well. So Jesus informed about the last prophet as well. And all the prophets had a common revelation: Believe in only one God and Believe in Judgment day. Muslims believe that Jesus Christ is indeed one of the great prophets in Qur’an which claims that Jesus is not killed and he is alive and he is somewhere in Heaven waiting for God’s order to come back to the world. When he gets back to world he will accomplish the same mission: He will be an eye opener to materialistic people and his task will be spreading the faith among all non-believers and when his task is finished, he will die like the rest of the prophets.
  • 11. I tried to be objective as a believer in Jesus. However I confess that I am confused as well. Because I heard many times from the Christian preachers that all Christians will go to paradise and rest of the people will go to hell because they do not believe in Jesus as a son of God. But this is totally contrary to God’s infinite mercy and compassion. And I was told that Christian God is the right God and other religions’ God is the wrong God! How sure are we about this? How many Gods do we have? What I understand is that GOD is only one the same God! The same God who sent Abraham, Jonah, Job, David Solomon Moses, Jesus and Muhammed (peace be upon them all) and other messengers which are believed that they were 124 thousands! Maybe Buddha was a prophet as well because his teachings are very close to Christianity and Islam. The readers can look into the verse “Mary” in Qur’an if they wish to learn more. Today’s problem is that as we are human beings we believe what we see and what we hear easily on media or internet without searching for it whether it is true or not and we quitted on reading books, thanks to Internet and fast life of civilization since we cannot make time for it. This is what I felt while I was doing this research and preparing this presentation. I am just wrapping up the presentation about JESUS CHRIST who cannot be presented by only in 10 pages. Jesus had such a life that was full of mercy, compassion, patience and a continuous struggle to lead his people from materialistic life to a spiritual one. He was so sad when he saw that his people hated him because he was destroying their order based on usury, oppression, and seven sins that was told in Bible. That is why they plotted to kill Jesus. God bless us all and makes us one of them Jesus will save in future. Now I prepared other presentations as well You may click the following links if you would like to read about other prophets.
