Job Description
 Preparing, introducing, monitoring of concepts, rules and regulations,
governing HSE and fire protection.
 Prepare HSE plans for projects and plant.
 Educate, motivate and train to all plant staff and workers in HSE aspects.
 Make Risk assessment / HIRA of all jobs practicing in the project site and
plant with concerned engineers and department.
 Prepare SWP, OCP, SOP, Six Direction Hazard, Slam & Lift plan with
team group and circulate the same to all concern by the mail.
 Dealing with clients, consultants and government authorities on HSE
related matters.
 Prepare Safety performance evaluation report of sub-contractors oncein a
month and circulate.
 Ensure all safety standards regarding working at height activity, Hot work
activity, Confined spaceactivity, Material handling activity & other work
activity.
 Ensure safety standard for scaffolding erection and dismantling of entire
project and plant area.
 Ensure tagging system (Green, Red and Yellow) in each scaffold.
