2. …..I really want to salute the mother of Sachin Tendulkar who gave birth to the boy equipped
with inborn traits .He made his entry into cricket 24 years ago when he was just sixteen..Ever
since he began his career he never looked back at any point in time. He had only one pair of
trouser that his mother used to wash , and he used to wear. His passion about cricket since
the childhood has really helped him to gain the height of BHARAT RATNA.

3. The most important person in his life was his father, whom he missed a l lot since 1999. As
per his words”Without his guidance, I wont have been standing here before you. He gave me
freedom since 11. He told me to be a nice human being. Every time I have done something
special, I have raised my bat for my father.”His mother has a special space in his life. She
played a pivotal role in moulding Sachin in a desired shape. She used to pray a lot when
Sachin used to be on pitch. Her sincere prayers made Sachin to gain the height to achieve
Bharat Ratna .His brother Ajit always supported him silently .In fact he is the one who
judged his inborn talent. His family is the biggest support rather acted as the backbone of
Sachin’s strength.

4. As per his speech about Anjali “Most beautiful thing happened to me in 1990 when I met my wife Anjali.
Those were the most wonderful years. Being a doctor, there was a wonderful career ahead of her. She told
me when we wanted to have a family that I should concentrate on cricket and she will take care of
everything. Thanks for being there. You are the best partnership I have had in my life.” Indeed. She has
proved that behind every successful man there is a woman behind. She is the one person who sacrificed
her lucrative career to make him achieve such heights.A very big salute to Anjali.

7. Once again I would like to thank every member of his family, his childhood friends and everyone
associated with Sachin for the magnificent innings of his cricket and wonderful life.He is the
person who converted each of his mile stone to the stepping stone in his career. He is one of them
who took every crticism in a healthy way.I still remember his comments”Aggression should be
from inside and not outside”Thanks Sachin for being a wonderful role model for every youth.

8. Sachin Tendulkars magnificent 74 runs on the pitch of 200th test match has
really proved that Sachin deserves BHARAT RATNA.For all his greatness and
popularity ,Tendulkar has often been the target of unnecessary criticism.
Despite the pressure and despite negativity he has proved time and time
again that he is God for Indian cricket.Ever since he began his career at 16
years of age,he never looked back at any point in time.Scores of players
and captain came and went but Tendulkar stands tall by raising the bar
with every inning that he played. He lasted longer than any other player in
the history of Indian cricket. However the greatest aspect of his personality
is his humility. He is still grounded despite earning hundred of crores.
Despite owing just about every batting world record. The Bharat Ratna
achievement is the final feather in the over flowing cap, he wore since the
last 24 years.
