The Pitch
What did the feedback from the class
tell us?
•

•
•

•

In the first question we are asked whether one of us from the group is going to be
Alex Turner (the lead singer from Arctic Monkeys) and initially we were but now it
was suggested that we used someone external. This could be a good idea because
it would give all three of us more control over the group
Instead of doing the video as purely narrative the feedback told us that could be a
bit boring, so we might try and maybe add some of us actually singing it into it
We have also taken on board when the class thought of the idea to have the song
in the music video. For example in the narrative have the main character listening
to the song at the same point the audience are listening to it.
The class have also asked about the band being recognised in the video. But as a
group we’ve decided against that view as in other Arctic Monkey videos the band
tend not to be in the music the video. As a group we believe if we carry that on it
will work well in the final product of the video.
