Our main goal and scope of services
H X Lee Quantity Surveyors aims at constantly providing our best to construction clients.
We will do our best to meet the client’s needs, requirements and priorities.
Throughout the construction period, my company will provide basic services such as
preliminary estimates, bill of quantities (BQ), tender documents, valuations and much
more. Other than that, my company will also provide project management, risk
management, facilities management, construction management and condition survey.
