DESCRIPTION
Hesheng devoted himself to research new high-quality waterproofing materials, the Hesheng HS-05 is a
new generation environment-friendly waterproofing materials.
PRODUCT FEATURES
1.Environment Friendly. HS-05 is a white liquid of single component that can add water directly to
make it solidify, non-toxic and pollution-free. It can solidify by putting 10% water directly and mix with
electric mixer or direct application.
2.Excellent Quality. HS-05 adopts advanced technology and uses modern production equipment, and it
can make into cured cross linking agent by putting water directly, the active gene of coating reacts to
water molecule, and then become waterproofing with rubbery properties. Waterproofing coating has
good tensile strength, high elongation at break, good weather resistance, adaptability deformation
characteristics.
3.Simple construction. HS-05 is single component that can work by adding water directly, construction
has no special requirements of basic level, no clear water to construction. Construction safety and
environmental protection, product is in a standard environment, surface drying time≤6h, fully drying
time≤12h, great to meet the requirements of the construction period.on-site no fire, no organic solvent.
4.Cost-effective.The solid content is small, the proportion of small, per square meter coating thickness
of 1mm using about 1.2kg,unit area with less, physical performance is good,cost-effective.

CONSTRUCTION PROCEDURE
Construction preparation→ base treatment → Detail, node, and processing →scraping the bottom layer
of the coating processing →Surface coating layer→ organization acceptance→ protective cover
MAIN POINT OF CONSTRUCTION
1. Clean, solid base level requirements, defects should be repaired;
2. Details: in the first Angle, a layer of paint coated pipe root of inside and outside, the shop is stuck
again strengthen layer (glass fiber cloth or nonwoven, etc.), and makes the coating completely soaked
with strengthening layer;
3. The base surface: "at the grass-roots level to strengthen treatment agent is added in the coating

DOSAGE OF REFERENCE
1 mm thick coating, reference usage is about 1.2~1.4 Kg /㎡
1.5 mm thick coating, reference usage is about 1.6~2 Kg /㎡
2 mm thick coating, reference usage is about 2~2.5 Kg /㎡
MATTERS ATTENTION
1. Open after an exhausted, use time for half an hour. When the product storage period is longer, might
form a layer of thin film coating surface, when used. Does not affect the use effect;
2. The coating construction before curing it is forbidden to walk on the waterproof layer, weights and
sharp objects are strictly prohibited to damage the waterproof layer;
3. Keep ventilated, construction site construction personnel equipped with the protection object such as
safety helmet, gloves, work shoes, in order to avoid from irritation of the skin and eyes, the construction
site shall not contact with fire;
4. Upon the acceptance of coating to do protective layer construction;

3. 5. In the low temperature environment construction, in order to ensure the dry solid velocity can add
special matching curing additive;
6. Restrictions on the use of rain and snow, wind and cold weather;
7. Do not conform to the requirements on the basic of unfavorable use.
STORAGE/TRANSPORTATION/PACKAGING
1. Stored in dry room, away from fire and heat source, storage temperature should not be higher than
40 ℃;
2. Shelf life: 12 months from the date of production;
3. In the process of transportation to prevent collision and weathered;
4. Packaging specifications: 25 kg/barrel.
