Respond to telephone inquiries, word processing, and filing and maintaining student records,
provide assistance to sponsors, sponsorship billing, track work study hours, assist students
with filling out financial aid applications, scholarship applications and admissions
applications.
Visit high schools to talk with students and parents on financial aid nights.
Oversee and administer the Hathaway Scholarship program by reviewing student files for
eligibility, calculating specialized GPA’s, review semester and yearly reports to submit to the
Wyoming Department of Education.
Supervise approximately 1-2 work study students each semester.
Assist with scholarship day activities, orientation activities, and provided campus tours.
