WEAVING FACTORY (TOPSTEX GROUP COMPANY LIMITED) – There are 500 PICANOL
Air-jet loom from Belgium, 350 Rapier loom machine. We have a full set
management in quality control and inspection by America 4 point inspection system
to ensure our quality is 100% guaranteed. The main products of yarn dyed, leno and
denim include cotton, linen and polyester (including spandex, slub, etc.). The
products are 4,800,000 meters per year.
DYEING AND PRINTING FACTORY (JIANGYIN CHENGYI DYEING & PRINTING CO., LTD) –
There are 3 pieces dyeing line and 2 pieces MBK printing line from Germany. The full
set pre-finishing machine, peach machine, and 120 Finishing and preshrinking
machine made by Morison Company in the U.S.A. We have full set of test equipment,
including Electronic Textiles Tensile Strength Tester, Textiles Tear Strength Tester,
Seam strength tester, Pilling Resistance Tester, Shrinkage tester, etc. We will test the
goods under AMERICA AATCC testing and make sure the goods reach the standard
customer’s requested before shipment. The main products include cotton, polyester,
woolen or Acrylic/polyester, or linen items in dyeing and printing (Including of
Embroidery, Flocking, Crinkle, Gold/Silver Coating, PA/PU Coating etc.) The products
are 3,200,000 meters per year.
