3. Kapil Sibal was born on 8 August ,1948 Jalandhar, Punjab.
He is a lawyer by profession and has made deep impact on Indian politics.
He completed his graduation in Law from St. Stephen's college, New Delhi.
Kapil Sibal joined the Bar association in 1970.
In 1973, he qualified for Indian Administrative Services but rejected an
appointment & decided to set up his own law practice.
He was designated as a Senior Lawyer in 1983. He was also the Additional Solicitor
General of India between 1989 and 1990.
4. In 2004 general elections, Kapil Sibal became a MP by winning the Chandani
Chowk constituency in the National Capital Territory representing the Congress
Party.
He became president of Supreme Court Bar Association for the three consecutive
years and member of Rajya Sabha ; too.
Over the years, he has held several important positions in the Government of
India and the Society .
He is currently the Minister of Human Resource Development and Minister of
Communications and Information Technology.
He also held the two positions of Minister of Science and Technology and Minister
of Earth Sciences in the First cabinet of Mr.Manmohan Singh .

Climate change December 2007.
He is the man behind implementing the new Continuous and Comprehensive
Evaluation system in India which will provide better educational environmental to
the students.
