1. THE YOUNIQUE COMPENSATION PLAN
YOUR JOURNEY FROM WHITE TO BLACK STATUS!

2. INTRO
 Hi there and Welcome to the Younique Compensation Plan presentation. This has been put
together by Independent Presenter Katy Spence (www.lashesbykaty.com) and is a training guide to
assist starters to Younique with how commission is calculated.
 Information correct as of 18th Jan 2016. Information is intended purely as a training guide and is no
guarantee of income
 The information does not replace or overwrite any information provided by Younique Corporate.

3. WHERE WE CAN SELL
 Younique is an international business and as such we can sell to any customer in any country that
Younique has launched.
 Currently this is the USA, UK, New Zealand, Canada, Australia, Mexico, Germany and France from
March 1st 2016
 If customers buy from your website they will pay in their local currency and pay any local sales tax
and deliveries
 We will always receive our personal sales commission in our currency.

4. UK PRICES AND VAT
 In the UK prices are shown as inclusive of VAT
 In the USA and other markets that Younique has launched in, prices are shown with sales tax
excluded
 Presenters in all countries earn commission at 20%, 25% or 30% depending on their paid as status
NET of sales tax.
 So for example a mascara retails at £23 (inc VAT). Remove the 20% VAT and Younique receives
£19.17
 Sales commission for the mascara at White status is 20% which is £3.83. This is 20% of £19.17
 Yellow, Pink and Blue Status Presenters receives 25% of £19.17 which is £4.79

5. HOW DO INTERNATIONAL SALES WORK
 As you sell in different markets there is universal retail royalty system to ensure our success and
sales can be gauged equally.
 Each product has a royalty point value attached to it
 Royalty points (PRS) are used for calculating sales commission for your team sales and your
promotions.
 Team Sale PRS or Company Sales (Retail points x 0.75) are used to calculate your commission from
the sales in your downline.
 Royalty points are converted to commission using the rate on the commission table and then
converted to your local currency using a fixed exchange rate (For the UK it’s 0.65)

6. SALES AND PRS
 For example 3D Fibre Lashes + in the UK retails for £23 and is 29 PRS.
 If you sell one to the customer in the USA, the cost is $29 or $38 in Australia and is still 29 PRS.
 When you first join as a White Status Presenter your commission is at 20%
 So your personal sales commission on a mascara sold abroad is; 29 points x 20% (commission) x
0.65 (exchange rate) = £3.77

7. PROMOTION AND COMMISSION
 When you join Younique you start as a White Status Presenter with 20% personal sales commission
 When you have reached 1000 PRS (not £) you advance to Yellow Status and your personal
commission raises PERMANENTLY to 25%
 Yellow status can be achieved as quick or as slow as it takes, its accumulative and does not reset
every month
 All month end commissions are based or PRS value for your sale
WE WILL NOW LOOK IN DEPTH AT THE STATUS LEVELS AND PROMOTION REQUIREMENTS

8. I AM YELLOW STATUS! NOW WHAT?
 Woohoo! You have been promoted to Yellow which means that you have sold the equivalent of
1000 PRS and your commission is now at a permanent 25%.
 Yellow status does not have a time limit on it, it is the only status that does not reset every month
and is accumulative.
 Once you hit Yellow status its time to really start to understand the compensation plan. Every
status achievement beyond Yellow resets on the last day of every month.
 Your next status achievement is Pink so lets understand some of the phrases and terms that will
help you get to this status rank!

9. WHAT IS YOUR COMPANY?
 Your company is everyone from you downwards and everyone that is recruited as a result of YOU
signing up as a presenter, even if you did not PERSONALLY sponsor them
 At the beginning your circle is the same as your company – more on circle later
 Company wholesale sales is the total PRS sold by everyone in your company x 0.75

10. GETTING TO PINK AND GETTING PAID FOR YOUR SUCCESS LINE
 In order to qualify for Pink Status in any month you need to have;
 250 Personal Retail Sales (PRS)
 2000 points in your company sales (75% of the points of you and ALL of your team)
 At least ONE qualifying recruit – This is a personally sponsored person that has sold a minimum of
125 PRS in the same month
 When you achieve Pink Status in ADDITION to your 25% personal sales commission you will then
also receive 3% of your company wholesale PRS

11. BEING PAID AS PINK STATUS
 For example if in any month you personally had 400 PRS and 2000 company wholesale sales
 On your personal sales you are paid 25% of the net value of your orders and you are paid daily for
these.
 On your downline you will be paid 2000 x 3% x 0.65 = £39
 As mentioned before, these circle royalties are paid on the 8th of the following month

12. HEADING TO BLUE – KEEP ON SHARING!
 In order to qualify for Blue Status in any month you need to have;
 250 Personal Retail Sales (PRS)
 4000 points in your company sales (75% of the points of you and ALL of your team)
 At least TWO qualifying recruits – This is a personally sponsored person that has sold a minimum
of 125 PRS in the same month
 When you achieve Blue Status in ADDITION to your 25% personal sales commission you will then
also receive 4% of your company wholesale PRS

13. BEING PAID AS BLUE STATUS
 For example if in any month you personally had 400 PRS and 4000 company wholesale sales
 On your personal sales you are paid 25% of the net value of your orders and you are paid daily for
these.
 On your downline you will be paid 2000 x 4% x 0.65 = £104
 As mentioned before, these circle royalties are paid on the 8th of the following month

14. HOLD ON TIGHT. IT’S ABOUT TO GET INTERESTING!
GETTING TO GREEN ELITE STATUS
Things are getting exciting now, you are working toward the first Elite
Leadership status
 To achieve a Green Status you need to have;
 500 Personal Retail Sales (PRS)
 10,000 PRS in your company sales (75% of the points of you and ALL of your team) of which 2000
must be in YOUR personal circle
 At least THREE qualifying recruits – This is a personally sponsored person that has sold a minimum
of 125 PRS in the same month
 When you achieve Green Status in ADDITION to your 25% personal sales commission you will then
also receive 5 % of your company wholesale PRS AND a further 5% on your personal sales
commission which is paid with your month end alongside your company %

15. WAIT… WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN
MY CIRCLE AND MY COMPANY??
 When you start with Younique your CIRCLE and your COMPANY are the same things.
 HOWEVER… The business compensation plan is designed to make sure that presenters need to be
personally responsible for their success and they cannot rely on one or two rockstars to take them
to the top.
 Once one of your personally sponsored recruits hits Green Elite as well they leave your CIRCLE.
This means that you need to ensure that aside from this presenter your other recruits and their
team who are Blue status and below are consistent and bringing in sales.
 This Green Elite and their downline become your FIRST GENERATION however they remain in your
COMPANY
 This is why it is SO important to always share the opportunity and to continue to build your team
wide.
 Your commission structure then alter slightly. You will still receive 5% on your CIRCLE and in
addition a FURTHER 3% on your FIRST GENERATION

16. BEING PAID AS GREEN STATUS
If you personally have 500 PRS and 100000 company wholesale sales in your
team and you have NO Elites
 On your downline you will be paid 10000 x 5% x 0.65 = £325 team commission
 If however for example you have ONE Green Elite and her downline have sold 10000 PRS
 You and the remainder of your recruits and their teams have 2000 PRS and so your entire company is now at 12000 PRS
 On your circle you will earn 2000 x 5% x 0.65 = £65
 On your First Gen sales of 1000 you will earn 1000 x 3% x 0.65 = £195 (£260)

17. ROCKING YOUR WAY TO ORANGE!
 To Achieve the second Elite Rank and get to Orange Status you need;
 Minimum Personal Sales of 500 PRS
 3 Qualified personally sponsored of which ONE must be a GREEN elite
 20,000 company sales of which 4000 is in your circle
Once you have reached Orange Status you will also get paid for a second generation of sales, so your
Green Elite can
Have a Green Elite of their own, you will at this paid status be paid on this second generation of Elite
Team.

18. BEING PAID AS ORANGE STATUS
 Your first generation sales are 10,000 for example, second generation is also 10,000
 You have 4000 circle sales, so 24,000 total company sales.
 On your CIRCLE you will earn 4000 x 5% x 0.65 = £130
 On your FIRST GENERATION sales; 10000 x 3% x 0.65 = £195
 On your SECOND GENERATION 10000 x 4% x 0.65 =£260

19. ALMOST TO THE TOP!
HOW TO GET TO PURPLE STATUS
 To Achieve the very first Exclusive Rank and get to PURPLE Status you need;
 Minimum Personal Sales of 500 PRS
 4 Qualified personally sponsored of which TWO must be a GREEN elite
 40,000 company sales of which 6000 is in your circle
At Purple Status you are still being paid at the same % for your FIRST and SECOND generations. In addition
your
Circle royalties go up to 6%!!!

20. BEING PAID AS PURPLE STATUS
 10,000 circle sales, 20,000 First Generation and 10,000 Second Generation =
Company Wholesale of 40,000
 On your CIRCLE you will earn 10000 x 6% x 0.65 = £390
 On your FIRST GENERATION sales; 20000 x 3% x 0.65 = £390
 On your SECOND GENERATION 10000 x 4% x 0.65 =£260

21. WELCOME TO SUCCESS
HOW TO ACHIEVE BLACK STATUS!
 To achieve the very TOP Exclusive Rank and get to BLACK Status you need;
 Minimum Personal Sales of 500 PRS
 4 Qualified personally sponsored of which FOUR must be a GREEN elite
 80,000 company sales of which 10000 is in your circle
At Black Status in addition to your other paid levels you will also be paid on your THIRD generation

22. BEING PAID AS BLACK STATUS
 Your FIRST GENERATION sales are 30,000 for example, SECOND GEN 20,000,
THIRD GEN 20,000 and your CIRCLE is 10,000 so your company is 80,000
 On your CIRCLE you will earn 10000 x 6% x 0.65 = £390
 On your FIRST GENERATION sales; 30000 x 3% x 0.65 = £585
 On your SECOND GENERATION 20000 x 4% x 0.65 =£520
 On your THIRD GENERATION 20000 x 5% x 0.65 = £620

23. BLACK STATUS AND BEYOND!
 Believe it or not Younique has since added THREE more levels to the
compensation plan for success beyond Black Status!
 These status’s are designed for THE most powerful performers within the Company and the
rewards are INSANE..
 Trust me, THIS is where you are talking about owning a life changing business, there are currently
only half a dozen ladies who have reached BS1 and only two or three that have achieved BS2 BUT
it is for the taking for EVERYONE..all you have to do is follow ONE simple rule..
JUST DO NOT QUIT..EVER!

24. HOW DO I GET TO BLACK LEVELS 1, 2 AND 3?
 Black Status 1 – REQUIREMENTS
Be PAID as Black Status THREE times (not consecutive ), Achieve a total combined
Wholesale Sales of at least 1 million of your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd generations only
AND have EIGHT First Generation Elite Status Presenters (Green or higher)
BLACK STATUS 1 - THE REWARD The Car Bonus! The It Kit contains a custom Younique chrome decal,
license plate frame, and leather keychain, £1625 on time bonus and £490 monthly allowance every
month you qualify

25. BLACK STATUS 2
 BLACK STATUS 2 – REQUIREMENTS
Be PAID as Black Status SIX times (consecutive), Wholesale Sales of at least 1 million of your FOURTH
Generation ONLY
AND have EIGHT First Generation Exclusive Status Presenters (Purple or Black)
BLACK STATUS 2 - THE REWARD $5000 Home Bonus!! Every month that your company achieves
the level of BS2

26. BLACK STATUS 3
 BLACK STATUS 3 – REQUIREMENTS
Be PAID as Black Status every month for a YEAR, To be on the Wall of Influence at Corporate (Reserved for
Presenters who have made over $83,000 in one month which equates to a MILLION DOLLARS A YEAR!! )
AND have EIGHT first Generation Black Status Presenters
BLACK STATUS 3 – THE REWARD You are paid 1% on the ENTIRE FOURTH Generation of your business!
(This is typically a further $10,000 per month once your company has reached this size!)

27. CAN I ACHIEVE THIS!?
 Although when you start, most of these status levels seem SO far away but every month, people
are hitting these high levels of the company and as the company grows!
 Each of the colour status pay’s are a purely figurative as an example and can differ depending on
the makeup and structure of the success of your downline and their sponsored recruits.
 Duplication is a sure fire way to get on the path. SHARE the opportunity and teach every single
recruit to do between 500-1000 PRS and to sponsor in THREE people into the business monthly
