Current Activities this Week:
Mass Excavation:
Backfilling of on-grade seating is ongoing in Area 2
and Area 3.
Site Utilities:
Storm Sewer installation (Line 1000) is ongoing along Concourse Level Area 2 – Underground
Village West Parkway. plumbing rough-in for the Concourse
Buildings is ongoing.
Storm Line Installation (Line 600 and Sanitary Sewer
Line E installation is ongoing on east side of France
Family Dive is ongoing.
Foundations:
Area 3 Field Level – Isolated footing installation is
Ongoing and is currently to Column Line 6.
Area 4 Mezzanine Level – Excavation for D-Line footing
Is ongoing and is currently to Column Line 40. Field Level Area 1 – Vapor barrier
installation from column line 32-29 is placed
Concrete Flatwork: in preparation for slab-on-grade placement.
Area 1 – Mezzanine slab-on deck is complete, Main
Concourse structural slab is complete, Suite Level slab
on deck is complete, Press Level slab on deck is
complete. Preparation for 1st pour of Field Level Area 1
slab-on-grade is ongoing.
Area 1 – Precast concrete treads and riser
installation is nearly complete between
column lines 32-24.

2. Structural Steel Erection:
Area 1 –Detailing and decking in sequence 1-3 is ongoing.
Erection of Steel Sequence 2-1 has started.
Area 1 – Roof deck installation for entire West Building is
nearly complete.
Underground MEP:
Electrical Secondary Distribution is ongoing in Area 3. Area 1 –Canopy Trusses are being delivered
and staged in the infield.
MEP Rough-in:
Area 1 – Shallow electrical and plumbing rough-in has
started at Field Level in preparation for 1st slab-on-grade
pour.
Metal Stud Framing:
Area 1 Suite Level – Metal stud framing for Suites has
started.
Projected Activities occurring next Week:
Area 1 – Shot of the West Building from the
Mass Excavation: southeast.
Backfilling of on-grade seating areas will continue in Area
3.
Site Utilities:
Installation of the Storm Line 6000 on the East Side (France
Family Drive) of the site will continue. Storm Line 1000
will continue. Installation of Sanitary Line E will continue.
Deep Underground MEP:
Deep Sanitary and Electrical Distribution installation
in Area 3 will continue.
Roof Level Area 1 – Roof decking is nearly
Foundations: complete.
Area 3 Field Level – Foundation installation will continue.
Area 4 Mezzanine Level – Foundation Wall installation will
continue.

3. Concrete Flatwork:
Area 1 Field Level – Concrete placement for slab-on-grade
will begin.
Structural Steel Erection:
Erection of Structural Steel in Sequence 2-1 will
continue.
