“Getting Things Done in an International Team” is a one-day interactive session that leverages the
experience of the participants and encourages hands-on learning through the use of videos, discussions,
role plays, self-assessments and the creation of action plans. The audience is limited to 12 participants per
group to focus on the priorities and on each individual need identified in the pre-assessment survey carried
out prior to the workshop.
