2. As Unit Head, heading cement plants and CPP’s at Nimbahera, Mangrol including a captive power plant at Shambupura &
Jharli Grinding Unit, Jharli (Haryana) and responsible for plant operations & optimization with following Key Performance

• Determine strategic goals as well as plan, monitor, control, & report on plant operations.

for clinkerisation and combi-grinding roller press & ball mill for cement mill. A robo-lab is installed for chemical testing
and a 10 MW WHR system for heat recovery along with 25 MW CPP. Captive Power Plant at Shambupura has a
power generating capacity of 15 MW.
• Jharli Grinding Unit has a 260 TPH Combi-grinding cement mill with ThyssenKrupp Roller press & a ball mill.
As VP (Operation & Maintenance), was responsible for overall plant operations & entire plant maintenance of both
