3. SIMPLE FORMS. NOT SO SIMPLE.
Creating a simple form that collects data seems easy. And it is.
But for most enterprises, it isn’t so simple.
The user interface of business apps must not only capture input, but also deliver
information for well-informed decisions. This information often lives across data
sources and the web, making big data practical and actionable. The interface must be
user-friendly, secure, current and appropriately governed. It must be surfaced on any
device, at any time and with versions stored for historical reference. Delivering all this
isn’t so simple.

People can easily open up an iPad, click on the form, open it and read the
information. If they like it, they approve it. If they have a concern, they can send
it back for more information. If they think that it is wrong, they decline it. I think
that is very important.
