The document summarizes changes made to the Loras College Library to increase circulation to the heart of campus. The library relocated offices to a more central location on campus and rebranded the "reference desk" as the "Research Help Center" to make it more approachable. Going forward, the library plans to expand hours, have librarians available outside the library, and continually assess reference usage.
