2. • First of all, I would like to explain what a
boiled egg is.
Yummi..
3. Boiled eggs are an appropriate and healthy protein. Wit
h the hardboiled eggs on hand, you have the compone
nts of any sustaining food during the day. For example,
we are used to eat it at breakfast time but we can have
dinner with hardboiled eggs perfectly. So let’s start!
7. • So Daniel, the first thing we must do is take the 4 egg
s and put them into the pot. After, we have to cover th
e eggs with water. In this step we don’t need a specific
temperature of water.
8.
9. • Then Daniel, we have to bring the water to a boil with m
edium heat for 12 minutes. We need to check the time
because this is the crucial step for the boiled eggs and
we don’t want to overcook them.
10. Tip 1
• TIP: Daniel, you can add a b
it of salt to the water. This h
elps to cook the eggs faster
and also prevent the shell fr
om cracking during cooking.
11. • TIP 2: Mix the water with a
wood spoon carefully; this
helps us to avoid that our
eggs break easier.
Tip 2
12.
13. Next, Daniel we have to take
care because we`ll work with
boiling water.
14. • When the water is ready I mean boiling, we`ll have the
opportunity to choose how we want our eggs.
This depends on
whether you want
soft-boiled or hard-
boiled eggs
15. Here's how long each will take
For runny soft-boiled eggs (barely
set whites): 3 minutes
For firm yet still creamy hard-
boiled eggs: 10 minutes
For very firm hard-boiled eggs: 15
minutes
The good thin
g of this recipe
is that you can
choose more
than one style
of boiled eggs.
16. • You can know if your eggs is overcooking, just
looking the color from the yem , Look for thes
e colors (mix between grayd and yellow
17.
18. • Now we already decided the term of our eggs, so Daniel
we must strain out the water from the saucepan and run
cold water over the eggs to cool them quickly and stop t
hem from cooking further
19.
20. • After Daniel you put cold water over the eggs we have
to peel them, because we don’t eat with the shell so b
e careful and if your eggs are too hot just wait and ad
d more cold water.
If you can
bear the heat from t
he egg, is suitable to
peel it. Without pain
21.
22. • To peel the eggs Daniel we should carefully crack the egg
s shells (making sure the majority of the shell is cracked).
Making move in circle you
can break all the shell
23. After, moderately begin removing the shells. The cold w
ater will "shock" the part in between the egg-white and
the egg shell, allowing you to peel it off in nearly one
piece.
24.
25. So finally we finish Daniel,
now you can prepare boiled
eggs whenever you want.
26. Tips
• Serve your eggs immediately of if you ra
ther ate them later
• You can keep the eggs peeled inside the
fridge in a covered pot with some water
Follow these steps and
you'll have fresh boiled
eggs to eat after 4 days
