In this, the first part of my 2013 presentation to the Learning Forum, I explore the Social Age of Learning. Covering key topics around the foundations of the Social Age, looking into the importance of narrative and storytelling skills, exploring co-created and co-owned organisational change and thinking about what it means to be a Social Business.
In the Social Age of learning, meaning is created within and alongside our communities: we, as individuals and organisations, need to understand this and be able to adapt our behaviours and learn new skills accordingly.
