3. Good afternoon to everyone,
Let me introduce myself, My
name is Svetlana Vdovkina. I
study at a local school number
75. Today I want to represent my
favourite book “Game of
thrones”(A song of ice and fire)
which is written by american
novelist and screenwriter George
Martin.

4. This book is really very special for me. I was looking for
some peculiar book to read. I needed some new
experience and feelings ‘cause I had a difficult period in my
life like all teenagers full of uncertainty and fears.
And we are all tired od every day routine, daily worries and
troubles. We need some sort of adventures and magic.
Sometimes it’s great to believe in a fairy-tale and some
superpower.

5. This book comprises a genuine
masterpiece of modern fantasy.
You will find here everything you
need to forget about everyday
routine: magic, mystery, intrigue,
romance and definitely some sort
of adventures.
“In life we are all playing the
game of thrones one way or the
other ” we are all striving for
perfection, we want to lead a
happy and successful life and we
do our best to gain that life.

6. The next quotation I want to share with you is “Things are
not always as they seem. Much that seem evil can be
good” G.G. Martin. Life seems sometimes so hard and we
have to come through some life difficulties but we have to
remember “the darkest day we have – the brightest will wait
for us”. We should hope for better and be optimistic in life.

7. This book can give you lots of great advice.
Speaking about heroes you can come across lots of
different types, some heroes come and go. You’ve just got
used to some hero and on the next page he dies. So death
is commonplace in this book. G.G. Martin reminds us about
bloody history.

8. Some heroes seem to be good, sincere, frank but then you
open them from the other side and you are disappointed in
them. So it’s also a good lesson, we shouldn’t get used to
strangers easily and open them our hearts at once. So this
book can teach us good and give lots of life lessons.

9. • I want to give A game of Thrones five stars.
It is a fantastic epic tale with engaging
heroes, and nasty villains that one would
enjoy to slap silly. I enjoyed this book. And
to sum everything up I want to add one
more quotation “A man who won’t listen
can’t hear” and “A man who doesn’t read
can’t judge” so if you want to make a right
judgment you need to read this book.
