1. Letter of recommendation for:
Jonathan Brodeur- Scholar Athlete
I have had the privilege of coaching Jon as a scholar athlete at Bryant University for the last
three seasons. I have coached for almost 20 years yet I can state with confidence Jon is one of
the hardest workers I have ever coached. In addition to being a very hard worker he constantly
leads by example and has a special ability to motivate his teammates through his intense
demeanor.
Jon proves to be very well rounded in several aspects. First, Jon is very intelligent. During the
last 3 years he has learned to effectively balance all academics and well as being a varsity
athlete. Jon threw himself into all of his commitments wholeheartedly and has real ability to
connect with his teammates.
Secondly, Jon is exceptionally diligent and hard working. He works many hours both in the pool
and in the classroom. As a collegiate athlete is works out twenty hours per week. He is
passionate and driven to become the best he can be. He has shown this particularly during the
last two summers while he trained a ton while he maintained a full time internship.
All in all, I know Jon has a bright future and will excel in anything he sets his mind to given his
intelligence, intensity and incredible work ethic.
Please do not hesitate to call with any questions you may have.
Sincerely,
Katie Cameron
