It is my pleasure to recommend Joe Davis. I recruited Joe in 2005, for a Store Manager position
and had the pleasure of being his District Manager for five years at Wells Fargo Bank.
Joe quickly became a leader amongst his peers and turned a low performing store to number
one in the district. In fact, through his coaching he led the office to the top 10% within Wells
Fargo and was a winner of the National Sales and Service award.
His consistent performance and leadership was quickly recognized by senior leadership and he
was selected as a candidate into the Greater Bay Leadership Academy. There, he was given
many coaching assignments and community development projects, all while managing his own
store and team.
Joe was a lead Manager in the East Bay Hills District and took on many additional assignments
that included, peer coaching, recruiting, district telemarking call sessions, focused coaching and
product campaign leader. His performance and contributions directly contributed to the success
of the entire East Bay Hills District.
Joe was an asset to Wells Fargo and wonderful coach. His dedication, positivity and coaching
