I am writing this letter in reference of Joseph Davis,
I have known Joseph Davis for the past 10 years. I met Joseph when he became my Store
Manager at Wells Fargo Bank in the city of Piedmont, CA. I quickly adapted to Joseph’s style of
coaching because he was able to recognize my strengths and coach against my opportunities. It
takes a special level of skill to come into a new branch and community and have everyone enjoy
your presence while adjusting to a winning attitude. Not only did he help our store achieve
higher sales performance, but our customer service ratings also increased significantly.
I commend Joseph for his balanced performance over his years with Wells Fargo. He
successfully fulfilled his role as a Store Manager and Jr. District Manager managing multiple
banking locations at once. Joseph took time to get to know me and found out what motivated me.
He showed a genuine interest in my career and mapped out my success story which I’m able to
share today. Not only did he help mold my career but he is responsible for the success of many
of my counter parts.
