Working as a SMT Engineer in Electronic Company ERD TECHNOLOGY PVT Ltd NODIA (UTTER
PRADESH) INDIA from Jan 2014 to till date. It is a leading Power supply (SMPS) charger, LED
bulb, Power Bank, torch manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare the production report due to which increase equipment efficiency, reduce
rejection and observe the machine performance.
2. To procure record and interpreted production data such as equipment utilization, stock
record, and maintain also all machine production which give me operation knowledge
about machine operator.
3. To handle SMD line programming I PULSE (M10) (Yamaha), printer and also maintain
temp. Of PCB card.
4. Good knowledge of paste and glue printing.
5. To handle the programming of FUJI NXT 3 SMD Machine and daily maintance.and good
knowledge Fuji flexa, MEdit software.
6. TO maintain 5s on shop floor.
7. Complete knowledge about TPM System and its activity.
8. Knowledge of the testing led bulb and quality also.

2. 9. Responsible for handling complete multiple SMT lines and process improvement.
10. Provide training to the team on proper operation, maintenance and calibration of of smt
lines.

12. Control on line rejection by kaizen.
13. Maintain daily productivity per head/per hour &break down time.
14. Good programming skill for different PCBs in SMT Pick and Place machine.
