Slewing Drives
SlewPro is pleased to offer a myriad of slewing drives
for almost any application. SlewPro can cross over
all major brands for an exact fit. With tilting moment
capacity of 1,475 ft. lbs. to 200,000 ft. lbs. you
are sure to find a perfect fit.
All SlewPro drives are modular and come with a variety
of options: single worm drives, double worm drives, hydraulic
motors, electric motors, pneumatic motors, encoders, brakes,
tracking precision to 0°, open chassis, enclosed chassis
Pinions
SlewPro offers pinions for all makes and models
of slewing ring bearings. All pinions are made from
4140 alloy steel forgings resulting in dependable
service year in and year out. A variety of heat treating
and coating options are available. Many options
are available on SlewPro pinions.
Here is a partial list: Variety of tooth forms (Fellows Stub,
American Standard Stub, Full Depth Involute, Through Bores),
splines, set screws, keyways, with or without a hub, face mounts
Forged Rings
SlewPro offers a complete line of forged seamless rings.
Rings are available in a wide range of materials including carbon
steels, alloy steels and some grades of aluminum. In addition,
SlewPro offers heat treating, rough machining or finish machining.
