1. Introduction
XPossible Technologies started the development of the XPossible Connect Internet Management and Billing Gateway since
2002 and today we have more than 400 hotel clients in the region using our internet solutions that are certified by
international hotel chains. With non-stop internet services being critical for guests in modern times, we are continuously
improving our systems with secured and reliable network equipment, robust software and full operation support to assure
high quality internet service for hospitality sites. XPossible supports you with a total platform for your property from internet
solutions with interface to hotel front office system, to providing a vast range of network equipment (including major vendors
like Ruckus, Motorola, HP, CISCO and our very own XPossible OEM products).
Overview
We are introducing a newly revamped interface called XPossible Connect EZ. The development of this edition emerged from
the requests of our potential customers who have the confidence and believe in our XPossible Connect full version but did not
purchase it as most of them will not be using the specialized features which comes with it. We have specifically catered the EZ
version for hospitality sites which provide free internet access to guests but do not require more specific specifications than
the basic requirements. One of the most important characteristic of this version is that properties will be able to manage the
system from the web interface. With this, the property does not have to outsource the administration of internet access
management to a third party and in-turn this will help them save additional expenditure.
While there are many basic internet management systems out there in the market, what makes XPossible Connect EZ
different is that we can provide special customization(hotel theme etc) that is tailor-made to suit unique requirements of each
individual hotels and also we have various distinctive features which you will not find on other basic internet management
systems/solutions.

Some of the Product’s Main Features
Fixed IP Connect Support – With this feature, guest’s PC with fixed IP network setting can connect to the hotel network
directly without the need to change to DHCP settings. This make it easier for the guests to connect to the hotel internet
services and reduces guest support needed from the hotel.
XPossible Stateful Firewall – XPossible Connect EZ system comes with the following security measures:
• Stealth technologies to prevent bandwidth from being ‘ping’ by preying parties
• Built-in flood control
• Protection against DoS attacks
• Protection against fake login BOT attacks
• Fully integrated to work with our internet services provisioning, bandwidth management and data volume limit control
XPossible Login Page Designer and Authentication Services – Hotel can design and make modifications to their own hotel
login page from the wall garden designer in the system. Below is an example of the login page, the picture window can be
linked to our XPossible Live! digital signage system for scheduled display (time sensitive announcements, seasonal promotions,
etc)

2. XPossible Advance Bandwidth Management – XPossible’s Intelligent Threshold Bandwidth Management is designed to
maximize guest satisfaction and optimize internet services during peak hours. The management policies prioritizes essential
internet services etc. https and limit non-essential services such as P2P to a % of total bandwidth e.g. 5%. The free up held
bandwidth will ensure all guests will get a decent level of internet service during peak hours. With XPossible Connect Advance
Bandwidth Management engine:
• P2P downloader will not be able to hog all the bandwidth it can grab
• P2P downloader will not exceed the individually capped bandwidth
• XPossible Bandwidth Management processes do not degrade the VoIP services, video streaming services provided that hotel
has enough bandwidth to go around during peak
• XPossible Connect is able to completely block P2P accesses if hotel would like to impose such policy
XPossible Hosted SMTP Server for SMTP Mail Reroute – XPossible hosted SMTP server provide easy workaround for guests to
send and receipt all SMTP mails without any hassle.
XPossible High Resiliency Option – Our server is configured to auto backup data periodically to designated locations (thumb
drive etc.) so that if the main system has hardware failure, you are able to restore database to spare server and resume
internet services and minimizing downtime.
XPossible Network Operations Centre – XPossible state-of-the art NOC can be accessed remotely. We host a directory page
for group-hotels or our partners to enable to easy access remotely to manage their properties by monitoring their devices and
triggering a fault alert email/SMS when any device is down. XPossible Connect EZ is also incorporated with the Cacti New
Statistical Tools to show real time utilization of multi-core CPUs, LAN Ports, Memory & hard disk.

XPossible Statistics System Reports – Our system provides various kind of detailed reports to view different kind of
data/information (Guest detailed usage report, revenue report etc.). Empower hotel front office staff to assist guests or
address any billing disputes with reports and information.
XPossible Prepaid Card Services – Connect EZ is able to auto generate prepaid cards and also configure prepaid card settings
as follows:
• Can be configured as Store Value Card or Session Card
• Can set data volume limit (upload + download)
• Supports preloaded cards and ad-hoc generated cards
• Prepaid card batch management
• For ad-hoc generated card, can print on normal printer or ticket printer

XPossible Web Based Remote System Configuration and Management – Clients do not have to install additional software on
their system. They can access the XPossible Connect EZ via the web URL for guest internet management
XPossible Web Based Assisted Login/Login Bypass for Special Devices – Hotels will be able to use this feature to allow guest
gadget or devices to access internet without login e.g. Game console PS3, video phone, etc.
