for 14. I have experience in FHA, VA, Conventional, Reverse, SubPrime, Revolving
and Adjustable rate mortgages. I have been self employed during this time and

Specialist originating and processing mortgage loans. I was one of only two
mortgage specialists hired from conception, for a "work from home" division, to
be retained the entire duration of the program. At the peak of this programs
success there were as many as 400 mortgage specialists working nation wide
from home. I was familiar with loan guidelines and restrictions in all of the 43
states our programs were available in. At the time I was licensed with the
Utah Division of Real-Estate as a mortgage broker and a active Utah notary.

Branch Manager of a eleven million dollar branch. My duties included:
Employee management of a staff of 7, employee training, employee
recruitment, closing agent, loan origination, loan processing, outside sales, skip
tracing, collections, file auditing for completion and compliance and overall
branch operations manager. Received several accolades during my
employment including personally originating, processing and closing 111
mortgage loans in a year prior to being promoted to branch manager. I was also
responsible for keeping our delinquent accounts to under 1% with 99%
compliance during my time as manager.
