Human body is subjected to various injuries due to many
reasons. Different body parts are subjected to different pain
and injuries, which are required to be treated in a different way.
Hand is a very important part of our body and injuries to it may
make its movement difficult and further hindering us from doing
many of our day-to-day works. We suffer from many nerve
disorders and one such is known as Radial Tunnel
Syndrome. It is a nerve disorder that occurs in the elbow and
upper arm causing pain, hand and wrist weakness.
This condition involves compression of the radial nerve situated at the elbow or forearm by
muscles or ligament like tissues. One suffers from this painful condition by the pressure under
one of the forearm muscles or swollen, inflamed, or scarred tissue. It may also caused by the
direct injury to the nerve at the back of the upper arm. This nerve disorder may further lead to
Elbow Arthritis, one of the most common conditions suffered by many people.
Arthritis of the elbow is very painful and has many symptoms. With these symptoms, you may be
able to signify that you are experiencing arthritis in your elbow. If you suffer from Elbow Arthritis,
you will experience severe pain. However, during its early phase, you will feel pain o one side of
the joint. If you move your elbow, the pain will get worse. The pain will further cause Elbow
Stiffness and the pain will worsen if you fold or extend your hand. If you feel the pain in your
elbow even at rest or sleep then it is better to consult a doctor as you are already in the
advance stage of osteoarthritis.
There are both non-surgical and surgical treatments for arthritis of the elbow. Nonsurgical
treatment is opted at the starting stage of the pain and if the pain is already in an advance
stage, then doctors recommend for a surgical treatment for speedy recovery.
