1. New rules for Requests for Kits
May make requests for kits / uniforms anyone without restrictions, but with some basic
rules.
1- Before making a request Kits / Uniforms, a person must register at any of the social
networking blog (Blog Follower of itself, be a follower on Facebook ...)
2 - Will only be accepted one (1) request per e-mail, and after delivery (Item 7), may be
made a new request with the same E-mail.
2.1 – Having more than one (1) request per e-mail will only be the first to be entered
and accepted, and after delivery will be sent an email to the person asking about other
outstanding orders.
3 - To realize the need to request access the link posted on the blog that will redirect to the
site Wufoo.com, complete all fields on the form the site and await confirmation by blog or
by e-mail added to the form.
3.1 - Items to be filled in the form are as follows:
- Name (First and Last Name Only, or nickname);
- E-mail address;
- Website (Not Required);
- Choose Game / Platform;
- Clear and straightforward description of the request, with the most important
information;
- Links uniforms (At least 3, if there are more links, enter in the Description field;
- Select the Server (s) for posting the kits / uniforms;
- Password with CAPTCHATM words.
Note: New rules can be added later without notice.
4 - About the Fantasy Kits:
4.1 - Kits with no image may be considered as "Cancelled"
- If there is no image, the person shall, in the "description" field to give as much
information about the request, even giving examples...
"- EX.: Santos FC Shirt, Adidas, Black with diagonal white band (River Plate style), with
sponsorships from Coca-Cola, etc ..."
- In case there is no maximum detail will be sent an email to the person informing about
a possible cancellation if there is more information.

2. 5 – On the achievement of Requests::
5.1 – At first, the kits will be made within a specific time limit, depending on the request
made. If there are delays or other issues, will be reported on the blog homepage.
5.2 – About the delivery time, real kits complete with photos of shirts line and
goalkeeper will be delivered within six (6) consecutive days.
5.3 – Kits fantasy with as much information, will be delivered within 15 (fifteen) days
depending on the information contained in the "Description" field on the form.
6 – About the progress of orders:
6.1 - The progress will be posted on the homepage of the blog, stating the steps of the
kits, such as:
- Queued: Time when the request is reported on Form;
- Analysis: Part of the process in which the request can be accepted or rejected;
- Application Accepted: Kits / Uniforms referred for editing;
- Request Cancelled: Should not have pictures and no explanations on the Request;
- In Test Phase: When Application is ready but being tested models and positions of
numbers and sources.
- Finishing: Request ready, just missing parts as the "Prints" and the blog post.
- Requests will be posted in The Blog and the "Prints" page posted on the official
Facebook Blog. And the person who made the request will be notified by email before
announced.
7 – About delivery of orders:
- The Orders will be posted on the blog with links of servers chosen earlier in the form.
7.1 - After downloading a file with the extension (. rar), opens a folder with the
following items:
- Folder name with club selection or Ordered, now with folders for official Pro Evolution
Soccer (ga, gb, gc - Goalkeepers / pa, pb, pc - Line);
- Links to help members of the blog networks;
- Image with a preview of the kits / uniforms before installation;
- Text file with explanations of how to proceed after downloading the file.
7.2 - If there are still questions about installation or other problems, there will be a 24-
hour technical assistance for more help in the questions presented.
8 – Other remarks.
- If there is the need of the request being delivered ahead of schedule, those interested
may contact by e-mail (adm.kitsbyjeanramone@gmail.com), to negotiate a price for the kit
/ uniform to be deposited in the bank account of the owner the owner of the Blog, prices
will be negotiated only by e-mail and will not be told to others later.

3. Note: It's happened to people offering money for the work, and so far all worked
perfectly. The process of deposit and delivery will be explained only by email.
- Any questions, complaints, appreciation or opinion will be welcome in the email
blog (adm.kitsbyjeanramone@gmail.com), and will be answered in a maximum of ten (10)
hours or even less if any.
