 Handle end-to-end process of recruitment.
 Prepare internal/external job posting.
 Conduct sourcing activities such as online posting, employee referrals and job fairs
 Conduct phone and webcam interview to applicants in provinces.
 Paper screen resume and schedule interviews for candidates who closely match the
minimum requirements of the position.
 Coordinate with partners-manpower agency regarding request manpower.

 Responsible in scheduling pre-employment medicals and other necessary trainings.

 HR Department Policies and Procedures
 Branch Activities and Standard Operating Procedures
 Marketing Policies and Procedures
 Accounting Policies and Procedures
 Cashiering functions using Netsuite system
 Product knowledge and effective selling techniques
 Visit provincial branches to conduct Company Orientation and other purposes.
 Conduct re-orientation if needed.
Employee Relation:
 Represent Company for Labor mediation in order to establish amicable settlement.
 Conducts investigation for both minor and major issues (Ex. Theft, missing items, wrong
posting and etc.).
 Maintain and safe keep 201 files of contractual and direct hired employees.
 Daily update of e ployee’s head ou t, atte da e, a se es a d tardi ess.
 Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Salary and Compensation:
 Manage attendance monitoring system (Payroll Hero, MyPayroll and JuanHRM).
 Create summary report of attendance, filed leaves and overtime of the employees every
cutoff period.
 Handle employee salary adjustments.
