1. EPC’s mission, since it was founded in 1992, has
been and continues to be focusing on its clients’
needs and delivering a quality product, while
providing its employees a friendly, positive, and
safe work environment, where individual effort
and thinking is encouraged. EPC’s corporate
culture is defined by this mission statement and
by the leadership of President, Jon Jasper. EPC
has an excellent reputation in the industry due to
the fact that Jon is well respected as an expert in
his field with more than forty-five years of experi-
ence, and is viewed as a man of integrity. In
addition, he has surrounded himself with a valu-
able team of highly trained and knowledgeable
professionals, allowing EPC to offer a customized
solution for clients from plant inquiry through
design, construction, and plant startup. In the last
ten years, EPC, Inc. has been involved in the
engineering, design, fabrication, assembly, and
installation of over 30 projects, with cryogenic
plants being the primary focus.
