In 2015

The Mobile Payments
market used to have
many apps...
Like ISIS, that was re-named SoftCard, and
then signed a deal with Google Wallet, so it is
no longer accepting new users.
And apps that also
required purchasing and
installing hardware…
LoopPay, which can be used almost
everywhere, but requires you to pay for a
mobile wallet hardware
And Square, which is an
app that started out as a
mobile wallet and then
become a Point of Sale
app…
So the top mobile
wallets left in the race
are…
Apple Pay, with increased fingerprint security
(but it’s only available to iPhone 6 users and
above) and Google Wallet, with a broader
reach (available both to iOS and Android
users).
So for now, the question
still remains.
Which is about to become the
top mobile payment app? Is it
Google Wallet or Apple Pay?
?
