Osborne Realty opened in Duncan in 1983 with four Realtors. Since that time, the sales force has slowly but
steadily grown to its present complement of 15 experienced sales personnel. This tight organization of
productive, well trained and experienced REALTORS have made the company a leading force in the Cowichan
Valley real estate industry.
We have the latest in technological equipment to provide the most up-to-date service to our clients. Due to our
involvement with the real estate board and our commitment to ongoing training, we are at the leading edge of
technological changes taking place in the real estate industry.

Hello, and thank you for choosing Finlayson and Associates. I’m Jason Finlayson. I’ve been proud to call the
Cowichan Valley home for the past 29 years. I’ve been fortunate enough to enjoy a one of kind Vancouver
Island lifestyle which includes exploring west coast on my 30’ sailboat Kleewyck, hiking, mountain biking and
diving. There aren’t many places that can boast snow skiing and golf all in the same day!
As a Realtor, I have the pleasure of assisting others in making their Vancouver Island lifestyle dream a reality.
For the past fifteen years I have been a successful, full-time real estate representative at Osborne Realty and
more recently, team leader of Finlayson and Associates. I bring my extensive business and marketing
expertise with diplomas in both finance and marketing from Vancouver Island University (formerly Malaspina
University-College) as well as successfully completing the Canadian Securities Course in 1996. At Finlayson

Thanks for allowing me to introduce myself, my name is John Atkinson. I’ve been helping clients attain their
real estate financing goals since 2001. I consider myself a true Island boy at heart, graduating from high
school in Shawnigan and later obtaining my undergraduate degree from UVIC in both Economics and
Psychology.
I’ve always made my home on southern Vancouver Island and currently call Mill Bay home with my wife
Lucia and daughter Sofia. I am member of AMP (Accredited Mortgage Professionals) and MBABC
(Mortgage Brokers Association of British Columbia) and licensed representative of Osborne Realty. I look
forward to providing right the financial tools for your real estate solution.

Hello my name is Leanne. I’ve called the Cowichan Valley home for most of my life and is now where I’ve
chosen to raise my two children. I’m proud to work for our family business with my father John the owner of
Osborne Realty and my brother Jason the team leader of Finlayson and Associates. Finlayson and Associates
benefits from my past experience as office administration for the Pacific Group, Pacific Truss, Western Forest
Products and constituency assistant in a local MLA office. I look forward to making sure every detail of your
