This is PowerPoint Presentation about the Graphics Design work that I did in VisCom and in class I made a logo and a banner, and this presentation explains my reasoning for what I did.

3. Reasoning for Colors I chose
• Red is a powerful color
• Red and yellow contrast well together
• Red, blue and yellow are in the
triangle in the color wheel
• Black looks well behind the yellow and
red
• Red and Yellow are the Capital High
School colors

4. Reasoning for my Shapes
• Square because I am typically an organized
person
• Triangle because I like leading and
instructing people in my groups
• Circle because I enjoy being around others,
and helping others
• I just chose the hexagon because it gives
the logo more “class,” and makes it more
interesting to look at

6. Why the Quote?
• It is a very inspirational quote
• It can be helpful to a variety of
different people
• It can cheer someone up
• Telling people to think about the
positives, and not be sad about the
negatives

7. Why the Picture?
• I wanted a nice picture that would
blend well together with an
inspirational quote
• Inspirational quotes usually have the
Earth or nature pictures behind
• The quote stands out in front of a
grassy, plains kind of picture

8. Why the Font?
• I wanted to chose a font that stands
up well and pops up to the human
eye
• My font is kind of like a bold font and it
feels like an exciting kind of font to
look at
• It is a font that someone wouldn’t get
bored by reading the quote

9. Why the Font Color?
• My font has a black color in the middle
of the text, and a thick, glossy blue rim
around the words
• The green and blue are pretty
contrast, and the blue goes well with
the sky in the background
• The black font with the blue edges
make the font look more exciting
