Do we really need someone

a sit up or a push up? I don't
think we do. Do we need a

People think about it all
wrong. With the internet
we can learn all we want
about exercise, fitness and
diet. So, that is not where a
trainer’s true value lies,
although that is what most
people think.

A personal trainer plays a different role than
what most people think. Sure you can get
some exercise and diet tips but more
importantly with a trainer you are hiring an
accountability coach and a support
system.

for our goals extends past fitness and into
almost every area our life. There is a
researcher who studies why people achieve
goals and why they fail to.
