When leadership is a lifestyle, it not only involve our relationships at work But involves all of our relationships, everywhere. As a lifestyle, leadership consists of life giving actions rather than teaching instructions or methods to get something done. The life giving actions inspire people such that they are motivated to do what they need to do. You don’t motivate people, but your life giving actions inspire them to do what must be done.
