Briefing & Understanding:
Before commencing any work, we would meet with you to understand
as much as we can about the organisation, key stakeholders and the
requirements of the role. Essential to any assignment is that we
understand the culture of your business which enables us to get the
fit right with any potential candidate.
Retained Executive Search
Frazer Jones has a strong track record of delivering complex, mid-
senior appointments for a range of clients globally. We conduct
specific global or country searches that will include market &
competitor mapping, maintaining contact with people when they
move jurisdictions or are looking to relocate or repatriate. We invest
heavily in our international network through hosting and sponsoring
professional seminars, social networking events and referral
schemes, and building a strong brand among global consulting
leaders through our market intelligence and global publications.
Contingency
We are also able to work with clients on a ‘success only’ basis,
sometimes favoured by clients engaging with multiple suppliers.
We can also offer Interim solutions for project managers or
consultants that are often needed at short notice for highly
