Project Name: Toyota - SAP PM Implementation:
As a consultant, managed the project for implementation of SAP PM Module and was

complete ERP system with complete Workflow that encompasses all aspects of distribution, service,
sales, parts, CR, HR, and Finance to enable dealerships to operate more efficiently, deliver better
customer services and enforcing of Toyota Best Practices to all 3S dealerships. The system will
enable dealerships to have seamless integration and connectivity with other dealers and Indus Motor’s
various systems including SAP.

System study designed and developed enterprise wide workflow based Project Management
application in Lotus Domino to monitor and control all activities related to a project or assignment.
Providing the features for a Project e.g. defining project, team members, sub-teams, milestones,
action items/sub action items to achieve milestones, meetings/meeting minutes, correspondence,
deliverables, documentation, discussion, announcements, status reports of project, group, individuals

Project Name: Toyota - Gate Pass System
System study, designed, and developed enterprise wide workflow based Gate Pass application in
Lotus Domino. Before that this process was manual and IMC was having financial losses due to poor
control on tracking of gate pass that required lot of human efforts especially in Returnable gate
passes. This application helped IMC to monitor and control the Gate Pass process electronically and
reduced the financial losses and efforts of employees required in manual approval cycle significantly.
Project Name: Toyota - SAP SIR and LSR System Automation
Company was using paper based material reservation sheets and line side rejection material sheets to
get the parts/tools issued in production process. The process was manual, time consuming and
resulted in lot of errors and discrepancies in manual records and SAP records. Due to cost
involvement, company is using the minimum licenses of SAP and one user id is being used by
multiple users. Because of this, it was not possible to adopt the SAP workflow module and also not
possible to differentiate who performed a particular action as one id is being used by multiple users.
To overcome this problem, I have proposed, designed and developed a workflow based customized
system in SAP where every employee of company can work on the system based on his authorization
by eliminating the dependency of SAP user id. Enabling the management to get the information about
each and every activity performed by any employee and records all the approval events. Application
saved company’s millions of dollars which they would spend on SAP licenses and workflow module
implementation.
Project Name: Toyota - SAP Purchase Request Automation
Due to cost constraints, company was using paper based authorization and approval system for
purchase requisitions in SAP. I have proposed designed and developed the customized system in SAP
to accommodate complete workflow for approval of purchase requisitions based on business rules
defined by Finance. Once PR approved, system allows the purchasing department to post the PO
based on approved PR. Resulted application saved company millions of dollars which they would
have spent on buying SAP new licenses and implementation of SAP workflow module.
Project Name: Toyota - BI Solution for Sales and Material management
Installed and configured the SAP BusinessObjects and its tools to integrate with SAP R/3 4.6C and
created BI Solution for Sales and Material Management department.

This project was an ASP browser based e-procurement portal with comprehensive facilities for both
the buyer and supplier. The portal rivals the functionality of the current systems that are purchased by
the fortune 500 companies. Evente's supply chain tools enable small and mid-sized businesses to

The www.Eindia.com shopping website was to established to generate an online revenue through
which it can enhance the purchasing experience of its customers in North America.

This project was done to refurbish current public web sites to match the design schema from an
AD agency. Creation and enhancement of the structure for web-based content management and

This project involved the web enabling of three most important applications from their supplier
quality management systems, which as a whole consist on 15 applications. The three applications
were supplier corrective action request (SCAR), change request and component failure analysis.
Project Name: Western Digital’s On-Going Reliability Monitoring System (ORM)
Ongoing Reliability Monitoring System (ORM) is a web based application, which enabled Western
Digital’s quality engineers to create the ORM Plan, and allowed its suppliers to create the test result
documents. The system automates the creation of 12 different types of (monthly, yearly, weekly)
spreadsheets/charts in MS Excel from the test data entered by suppliers.
Project Name: Western Digital’s Supplier Quality Management System (SQMS) - Production
Data
SQMS - Production data system provides a mechanism for the efficient capture of business process
information and status by automatically keeping records of the processes and their outcome as per
ISO 9000 standards. This system facilitated immediate communication of the precise problems and
their solutions to minimize the rectification time cycle.
Project Name: Rockwell Semiconductors, VPN Management
The Rockwell telecommunication department centrally managed the “Fonecard” service. The
objective of the system was to track large volume of the “Fonecard” data, need to be audited and
reconciled for usage; billing and charge back accuracy every month. The system was developed with
a built-in reporting tool, which allowed the managers to detect fraud charges or inaccurate billing by
the phone company.
Project Name: Paramount Pictures, Contract Management System
The process of creating deals and contracts for various talents types (actors, directors, producers etc.)
involved in making a movie was very complex and involved input and approval from many people at
Paramount. Accuracy and completeness was critical because minor error cost millions. The objective
of the project was to provide an intelligent template driven contract management process that allowed
selecting standard paragraphs and modifying clauses based on pre-defined business rules. The system
was developed using Lotus Notes and MS Word.
Project Name: The Boeing Company, JIT (Just In Time) Inventory Management System -
Phase II
The phase II of the project involved enabling application database to communicate in real time with
mainframe using IBM’s MQ Series link, Lotus Script Extension (MQLSX) software. This helped the
suppliers to use Lotus Notes to access data from the Domino servers, which were linked to the
mainframe to view scheduled dates and communicate constrains in a timely fashion.
Project Name: The Boeing Company (Douglas Products Division), JIT (Just In Time) Inventory
Management System - Phase I
The objective of the extranet workflow application was to reduce the time cycle in ordering spares
and significantly improving the supplier / buyer communication methods and channels so that it could
honor its delivery schedule on time.
Project Name: KSB Pumps Ltd. Accounts Payable
As a freelance consultant developed the application to automate the accounts payable system, which
included demand and purchase orders, goods received, issuing goods to departments, goods return to
suppliers and payment to suppliers.
