Personal profile
I would describe myself as a trustworthy, helpful and ambitious person who is very fond of new challenges and
responsibilities. During my education as IT Management and Information Technology I have worked project oriented,
with many companies and many different types of people with different backgrounds. My role in a project team tend to be
the person who takes initiative and try to be as dynamic as possible to be able to help my team members if necessary, I
also tend to make sure that everyone in the group is heard and enjoy their day at the work, this also took place in my
volunteer work for instance as mentor and treasurer and past work experience. You can renounce a job where you can
draw on my engagement to new challenges, for fill my ambitions, and help create and maintain a good work culture.

 Process Consultant work - understanding the process and optimizing it by use of IT.

Projects examples:
 8th
semester we had cooperation with Verstergaard Marine Service in Frederikshavn. We did a
process optimization of an existing business process, with use of IT and with the organizational
culture in mind, which all was structured in a consultant report with an implantation plan.
Vestergaard Marine Service was very pleased with the report and used it directly for their own
development process.
 7th
in cooperation with Bankdata in Frederica we looked at their project portfolio management,
and helped them with the areas of concern in a formalization process.
Yield:

value for the company and customer – with a digitalization focus.

 5th
semester we worked with Gabriel in Aalborg, we helped giving idea for a new system used
by costumers, the system was depended on lead-times in relation to their supply chain. Due to

Outsourced production this had some challenges in relation to creating the value for the
costumer with their value chain in mind.
 4th
semester we worked with Vendia kollegiet, to develop and design an intranet portal for the
dormitory, the design, development, testing etc. was done through the use of agile methods
were we made our own for our context with was a combination of SCRUM and eXtreme
Programming.
Yield:
 Experience with the global barriers that may arise in connection with outsourcing to other
countries with supply and value chain in mind.
 Experience with development of IT systems in a fast changing environment where the customer
can change their minds about system requirements, with particular focus on agile development.
 Experience in the development and organizing of workshops for understanding the needs and
requirements of the customer and the conduction of usability tests with a focus on quality
ensuring of a developed system.

Work experience
2014 and 2015 Rus instruction, at Aalborg University, in Aalborg (AAU).
Tasks:
 Management of 8-10 Tutors to ensure that they did their job good enough.
 Planning of a month full of events with 4 other team members
 Conduction of a Rus-Kursus, a 2 days event for 80-120 new AAU students with focus of enable
the new students to be social and have an academic idea of what the University is.
Yield:
 Knowledge of how to solve conflicts with Tutors or new students.
 Experience with how to manage and coordinate with other people.
 Experience with how to plan a 2 days event and all the things that have to be taking into
consideration, rules, scheduled, meeting, planning etc.
2010-2015 Guide at Mariager Saltcenter, in Mariager.
Tasks:
 Ensure the daily process was well done and ensure that the salt quality was good enough.
 Providing a 20 minutes presentation in the bowling house for the customers (typical 10-15
customers a time)
 Guiding groups though the museum (Typical 20-30 customers a time)
Yield:
 Ability to acquire and prepare a presentation with a long duration, which is well information, and
presentation it for a large amount of people with confidence.
 The will to immersion myself in an area and seek more information about that area to give a
better experience for the customer
 Understanding of the need of a dynamic employee, an employee which is willing to help the
colleges if they are in need.

 Mentoring young’s in 9’th grade to help them decide how to progress in their future education

I am a social driven person, I enjoy being around and near other person and get to know them which my volunteer work
show. I also like to bring as much positive energy all the things I do, which my references show. I usually work out once a
week and enjoy cooking health food due to it gives balance in a challenging day.
