It serves over 26,000 people through a variety of programs focused on health, youth work, education and community development. The largest YMCAs are located in Greenhill, Belfast, and Dublin. The organization has nearly 200 staff members and 40 volunteers working to support local YMCA associations and coordinate national programs and advocacy efforts.
