• The Indianapolis industrial market experienced solid growth during Q1 2015 with 2.3 million square feet
of net absorption. This total ranked 7th nationally and 2nd in the Midwest behind only Chicago.
• Meanwhile, Indianapolis delivered 1.6 million square feet of new industrial product during the quarter.
This total ranked 6th nationally and 2nd in the Midwest trailing only Chicago once again. Indianapolis is
now the 16th largest industrial market in terms of overall inventory at 236.5 million square feet.
