2. Introduction Le dosage du cortisol libre urinaire (CLU) est reconnu comme un dosage performant pour mettre en évidence un hypercorticisme. Les techniques immunoenzymatiques (EIA) de dosage du CLU nécessitent une étape d’extraction préalable. Le but de notre travail était d’étudier la corrélation entre le dosage du CLU effectué sur l’automate Access2 Beckman avec et sans extraction.
