Technical Overview of Leveraging AWS with DataSynapse GridServer

DataSynapse announced support for running their GridServer software on Amazon EC2. Their Federator software allows seamless integration between on-premise GridServer environments and the Amazon cloud. A beta program is available for Federator 1.5, which enables unlimited DataSynapse engines to run on EC2 for beta participants at no additional cost beyond Amazon infrastructure fees. The goal is to make external cloud computing more affordable and accessible for business applications.
