Scope of The Scheme…………
Sr.No. Section Word Ranking
Innovations from grassroots level are very less
in India as compare to the rest of world.
Currently article growth comes typically from
universities rather than from the science
institutes, so the biggest players are not ones
with the highest growth rates.
Absence of linkages between excellence in
formal scientific systems and informal
knowledge systems.

Implementation of Model
•Professionals has to train the volunteers with hands on experience with research and innovation.
•Government officers and R&D persons have to encourage & monitor the volunteers.
•The Volunteers directly approaches to general peoples through informal communication individually or in groups at religious
functions. They have to aware peoples by organizing programs like stage/road show, competition, workshops for day today life
science, night sky seeing program.
•Teacher volunteers have to help the students to get knowledge through experiments with increasing scientific approach, self
creativity with focus on research and innovations which they have to live with.
•Professionals from R&D labs have to provide world class facility to the innovators.

Advantages of IAS over Existing System:
The people get aware about day today life science and ultimately they directed towards to
live life with innovations by changing their thinking and setting their mind towards
research. This basic thing is transferred them to generate innovative approach in next
generation and it directly impacts on incoming innovations and research in near future.
Students from KG to Higher secondary education are aware to innovate new things by
learning through experience based education. With these the parents of the students are also
aware by our volunteers therefore the awareness percent is increases.
The govt. schemes for the awareness program are limited to targeted community ofThe govt. schemes for the awareness program are limited to targeted community of
peoples due to that the generation and educational gap is arises so that govt. scheme fails. In
‘IAS’ scheme our target is not limited to some peoples but it extends up to all our members
of society.
The most of NGO’s are involved in this field to generate awareness in general peoples ,
educated peoples. But they also fail to linkup the gap between educated, general people and
highly educated peoples.
IAS model trust in grassroot level innovations linking it with world class facilities by
collaboration or by building R&D centers with help of Govt. and NGO’s.
We also help minimize the unemployment in the society.
Expected Outcomes of ‘IAS’
Awareness in general public about “Research and Innovation” will be effectively increases with
increases in time. Peoples like to live life with innovative ideas with implementing new things in their
regular routine life.
Increase in awareness directly impacts on grassroots level innovations.
Higher education level awareness is expected to increase rapidly in several years of
implementation of ‘IAS’ scheme.
The number of patents and citations from grass root level peoples are expected to increases in near
future with increasing facilities and technical support.
For recommended innovative ideas from grass root level researchers Govt./NGO’s provide the
funds through grants/fellowship and also make available the necessary platforms.
Ordinary peoples attracted to innovate new things.
Students (regular/irregular) are highly motivated towards innovative, independent & scientifically
thinking. Which further helpful for the building research and innovation based army in the nation.
Economically this model is applicable for all states of India.
This model may utilize to overcome the need of regarded area.
This model works as linking between different portions of the society which will also helpful to
increase the equality.
