• Need to recognize that culture change is needed

• Need to List social norms which require change
• Recognizing and use media, poets, artists,
writers and the pulpit as change agents

• Must practice what he preaches
• Showcase himself as productive
• Must not be above the law for delivering quality &
productivity
• PROPOSAL: Showcase Federal Ministry of
Industries (Mother of NPO) and its departments

• Environment should provide the culture of
Productivity and Quality.
• Industry should do the fine tuning of Productivity
and Quality to suit its needs.
• Training Institutions for the Civil Servants should
be brought into the Q&P Loop and a the younger
generation of Civil Servants should be sensitized.
8. SKILLS vs DEGREES
• Diploma and its stigma.
• All chiefs and no Indians : no technicians to back up the
graduates !
• Islamabad alone has 27 Universities and not a single
polytechnic !!
• NAVTEC board has not a single member from
manufacturing or value addition sector of economy.

Government organs looking after Education,
Youth, Culture, Media must have road map for
cultural interventions consonant with national
goals.

• Social view of business is dim as compared to
graded services
• 5-s in Schools leading to Tanzeem, Tarteeb,
Tehzeeb, Tawazan and Tarbiat
• Culture leading to rise of a nation. Detail and
include in curricular and extra curricular activities

ON CULTURE
• Strong impact
• All positive values exist in Islam
• Convert the punctuality of Masjid to cover all other
spheres of activity
