- So we understand the “Rural Scotland” part and we understand the “Broadband” drivers part But the problems is – and this is why we are all here today – is that there are is and will remain large parts of Rural Scotland that will not have any Broadband, let alone decent broadband And what we have left is the “have and the have not’s” The have not’s are not able to help make that extra contribution into revitalising the Scottish economy
